Sent someone to assess my roof leak. He arrived and said he would provide a quotation via email. Never received quotation and when called, they had "No Record" of our interaction. I then wrote them off but my wife gave them another chance... They told her that we were put on a "Standby" list. They contacted us 4 "FOUR" weeks later telling us when they would be at our home. NOPE... WE DON'T NEED YOUR SERVICE... TO LITTLE TO LATE! This company SUCKS!

One of the guys from Jobe Roofing came out to evaluate the repairs needed. He was on time and was professional. We had waited 3 weeks for this appointment. After 11 days they still haven't gotten back to me with an estimate. Don't bother calling these guys.

Everyone I talked to was perfectly nice, but I've had a pretty annoying interaction with them. I set up an appointment for noon, back in January. I got a text confirming the day of the appointment but it changed the time to 2pm. I adjusted my schedule so that I would be home by 2pm but not before. I got a call at 12:30 and the estimator was on his way to my house. Finally got that sorted and had to miss an important meeting to meet him before 2pm. He did a precursory look (though not on the actual roof) and said I would get an estimate that evening. It's been three weeks now and I've called three times and I still have not received an estimate. Just annoyed that I missed meetings and work and wasted time trying to get an estimate from a company that doesn't seem interested in taking my money. If there are any roofers out there, I've been trying to get my roof fixed for six months and have had little luck in getting anyone to help. Thanks.

I will not be using Jobe Roofing to replace the roof. I found a bonded and insured roofer who will do the same work for $11,000. I also found out that had I called this roofer, he would have tarped the roof for free. Jobe Roofing would not have been able to do the work until May 2017. The roofer I did hire will start work on February 20.

Jobe Roofing was very responsive, and Eddy was so professional and helpful. He even sent me photos after and went through them with me to tell me what the crew did. Though I know the issue can't be solved forever with a flat roof like this, I feel good knowing that I have a contractor that I can trust and ask any questions to make sure the job gets done.

Small job but found it easy to schedule, fast, friendly and a good price. I will use them again for any other roofing jobs.

They were excellent with their work, cleaned up everyday when they were finished, made sure no nails were in the yard or driveway, and made sure everything was covered. They made sure all specifications were made and up to code. They gave me a lifetime warranty with the shingles. They also did a gas cooling system for the attic. The salesman was Franco and Alvaro was the foreman and he was really good. They replaced all damage wood. They did a fantastic job. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent.

Jobe Roofing was very honest, knowledgeable and professional. My appointment was with Jobe and he arrived early for the appointment and took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. Jobe was courteous, respectful and was up to date on Title 24 regulations. The roofing team was always on time and kept me in the loop throughout the project. They always made sure to cover up the exterior of my home and cleaned up at the end of each day. There were a few minor hiccups, but Jobe Roofing was quick to rectify the matter within a few hours. I would highly recommend Jobe Roofing for anyone in the market for a new roof at a fair price.

It went quickly and well. Longest delay was waiting for city inspections. Left everything very clean with no damage to my yard.

This past rainy season caused a lot leaks and raised a large sense of urgency. I called for an emergency service, I was given a time and date, my repair was handled within 24 hours. They were a very professional team.

the job went great all the proper permits were pulled with the city.the workers were on time every morning for the job,they cleaned up everyday after they left the job site,they were all business everyday.the job was completed in 5days which i think was pretty good for a entire strip down in 90-100 degree hot sun.My wife and i are very satisfied with our new roof,we would highly recommend Jobe Roofing Co

THE PERSON CAME AND INSPECTED THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE GARAGE ROOF. TOOK DETAIL MEASUREMENTS OF WHAT NEED TO BE DONE AND OVERVIEW WHAT NEED TO BE DONE TO GET MY ESTIMATE. OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

The job went well. I can't comment on the quality of the new roof due to the negligible amount of rain it's experienced. But the conduct of the job showed a high degree of professionalism. I would recommend Jobe. I purchased this older Los Angeles home in the summer of 2015. I knew the old roof would need attention. Unfortunately, an atypically bad storm a few months later got ahead of me. The home suffered a fair amount of interior water damage. Insurance paid for interior repairs but I decided to get a new roof as well. LA roofing bids were tough to get in the fall of 2015, amidst predictions of a wet winter. Jobe offered to provide a bid based on an aerial map of the property. I was skeptical but had nothing to lose. The result was competitive - in the middle of three bids, closer to the higher number than the lower. I spoke to Jobe himself (the owner) and he answered a lot of questions. This was early October and neither Jobe nor anyone was offering a project date earlier than January 2016. I was worried about my bad roof in the interim. Jobe agreed to send a few guys to do whatever necessary patching they could observe. There'd be no charge if I hired him for the re-roof. He had largely good reviews here on Angie's list and Yelp so I hired him. The crew came quickly and did a bunch of work. Nonetheless, subsequent rains prior to the re-roofing caused small leaks inside. One caused a tiny bit of paint damage. I asked Jobe to come back twice. They did, once quickly and once not so quickly (prompting another call). A staffer told me there'd be a charge for these two additional repair visits and I said OK. I was now in contract with Jobe and no other roofer was going to run out there. But Jobe never billed me for this service. That was a classy move, which should be noted. The job took place as scheduled in the second week of January. It took parts of five days, including working with LA inspectors. The timing was fine. Once the old roof was gone it was apparent that some of the sub-roofing was shot. This didn't surprise me, it couldn't be seen in advance, and the contract provided a pricing schedule for any such needed work. I did get a small discount on the added work because they used replacement sub-roofing that's an accepted material but cost less than the plywood specified in the contract. I had to raise the issue. With any roofer, it's best if a homeowner can evaluate the need for added work. The contractor who was doing my interior repairs observed the process for me. I assumed that there'd be a mess under that old worn roof. I'm comfortable with what happened but consumers should prepare for this part of the process. It's filled with unknowns and everything has to be decided in a hurry because the job's underway. That same contractor told me he was impressed with the manner in which the re-roofing was performed, and that the new roof looked as good as the best of what he's seen. I can't personally evaluate these statements. Once the contract was signed, I did try a couple of times to discuss things personally with Jobe. He was no longer quite so readily available. I will say his staff was responsive, courteous and helpful and in the end my questions and concerns were all met. Once again, the roof's never been really tested because the bad winter never materialized. But Jobe Roofing showed professionalism throughout the process. They acted like a company that cares about reputation. I have high hopes for my roof and would recommend Jobe Roofing.

Jobe Roofing pointed out lots of very old cracked and worn areas on the roof, proposed to patch them all, as well as new roof caps, before doing anything with the solar panels. They took me up on the roof and showed me exactly what they were going to do. They showed up as scheduled, did the work, and showed me the completed work. We've had no more signs of a leak. They also cleaned the gutters.

Roof inspection went very well, I received an inspection report with details of my roof along with images. I was also provided with an estimate for the work that needed to be done.

The process was quick and relatively quiet. My contact was pleasant & attentive. Didn't hurt that he was easyon the eyes too....lol!

This company is very dependable and reasonable. I had a leak, they came quickly and did the repair. Its been more than a year and the leak never returned so I guess they did a good job. I've had other roofing companies come out in the past and they always want to replace skylights or do extra waterproofing, etc but Jobe does the job and that's it. I have also had them do a roof inspection since then and again, they did not try to upsell me.

Everything went very smooth. This was the 3rd project I used them for. They have always been very professional, fast, and punctual! Their prices are also very fair.

They were prompt, communicated clearly, and did not stick us with unnecessary work. The leak was successfully stopped with the minimum amount of work and expense.

Jobe Roofing removed and reinstalled a small flat roof over our sunroom. I had trouble locating a roofer that would do this relatively small job with a little complexity to it (the roof doubles as a walk on balcony). They were quick and professional. They had a crew of 4 workmen, one of which was dedicated to keeping the area below the roof clean of debris, of which there is a lot when a roof is removed. The job was done in the two days they had promised and the workmanship is excellent.

We just had a new roof put on by Jobe Roofing Co. and we are really happy with both how the new roof looks and how the job went. At the start Franco explained everything very clearly and patiently answered all our questions and gave us a clear and detailed contract. Once work started the crew arrived promptly each day and they worked really hard. They were also very polite and took a lot of care to clean up at the end of each day. The Girls in the Office gave us updates each day on how the work was going and they were very quick to respond through texts or phone messages . It was overall a stress free experience and whenever anyone we know needs a new roof we will definitely recommend Jobe Roofing!

Very friendly, efficient operation. Workers arrived in a timely manner and completed the job within approximately five hours. It was a very positive experience and we will use Jobe Roofing again when needed.
