Description of Work: JOBE CAME OUT VERY NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL. GAVE ME THE QUOTE AND WHAT THEY WOULD DO. EVERYTHING HE SAID WAS DONE FROM THE START TIME TO PICK UP AND CLEAN UP AFTERWARDS. I WISH I HAD MORE PROJECTS JUST SO I COULD USE THEM. |GREAT COMPANY!!!

Description of Work: Jobe Roofing will be replacing our entire residential roof.

Description of Work: The owner was extremely professional and hands on at all times, from our first meeting to our last. Everything was as he told me it would be. At the start there was a slight delay because of the weather,but at all times they kept me informed. They cleaned up every evening, one day when I did find a nail on the driveway they promptly came back to pickup any that still might be left. Jobe talked us into a special roof insulation that would help with summer heat and I can say it did not get as hot as in the past. So kudos to Jobe Roofing and I will certainly be using them in the future.

Description of Work: I had a new roof installed on my architectural style home. This included having the old roof removed. Jobe also facilitated the permits (note that you have to pay the city for the permits separately, but that wasn't so bad). | |Jobe's workers were outstanding. They care about their work and were very friendly with me, explaining what they were doing and doing it with care. I appreciated that this business takes good care of their employees. These are Jobe's associates, he employs them and they take pride in there work. | |I recommended Jobe to a work colleague who also had work done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others!

Description of Work: put a new roof on the garage,put in a new down spout. Covered the entire room of the house with a material that has made our house 30% cooler on the inside.

Description of Work: They were supposed to perform a "roof tune up and more" . In fact, they quickly applied a little sealant around my skylights and then gave me a long sales pitch on a new roof although I had told them in advance that I was not interested in a new roof at this time, and their representative acknowledged that I did not yet need one. Basically I felt that I paid $100 to receive a sales pitch I did not want or need. The prior year I purchased a similar offer from a different roofer, and they truly performed a full examination and tune up of my entire roof.

Description of Work: After getting several quotes for a new roof, only Jobe told me I could do a tune-up on my existing roof to get another 2-5 years out of it. I chose this option. They repaired the ridge and repainted all of the flashing. They also gave a thorough explanation of how they would do a complete re-roof, so I will use them for that when the time comes.

Description of Work: Very courteous and timely with an estimate to repair a portion of my roof. However, they were about 40% more expensive than the roofer with whom I eventually decided to work. Also, despite higher price, it did not include replacement cost of rooted or damaged wood that they might find underneath (which was standard with some of other bids I received but the other roofers were more price competitive). For example, Jobe quoted $2750 not including wood which would have to be replaced. I selected Carlos at Advanced Roofing Systems and while his initial bid was $905, we ended at $1800 bc wood had to be replaced - Advanced Roofing offered 12 year manufacturer warranty and 10 year labour warranty....Jobe offered 6 years on material; 4 years on labour.

Jobe guaranteed his work unlike many companies that would only guarantee a new/full roof,His price was a little higher but I felt the guarantee was worth it. He was able to do the estimate without me leaving work, which helped, too. And he arranged his schedule to push the job through before another big rain came:)

Description of Work: It was raining heavily and within a matter of hours a TEAM of roofers came out and repaired my roof IN THE RAIN! They spoke perfect english, were cleaner and neater than I expected. I did not even have to step foot outside. They did everything for me, had a contract printed up on the spot. They gave me top notch concierge service for $300. No rush fee, same day. They used name brand products as well. I was floored. When I need a new roof I will definitely be giving them a call.
