Response from Jobe Roofing Co
[member name removed], I am very surprized to read that you were not satisfied with our service. In our industry roof reports typically cost between $250-$450 dollars. This type of report would be delivered on paper and would include pictures. Most roofing companies charge a minimum service charge of $175-$500 for any single leak repaired on your roof. In an effort to save our customers money, I came up with this big deal special that offers our customers an opportunity to get an honest and professional assessment of their roof. Many of our customers see the value just in the verbal report, being that they may not be willing or able to climb and inspect what in many cases is a dangerous roof. We take pictures of any problem areas on your roof, show them to you and verbally provide you with a full roof assessment. That in itself in my opinion is worth the $99.00 cost, but in addition to all that we seal up the problem areas that we find, show you that we seled them by showing you a picture of the area repaired. I designed this deal simply to bring value to our customers and to help introduce our company to new ones. This deal does not even cover our cost of our service. We have a parnership with Angieslist and 50% of the proceeds from this big deal is shared with them. The service both Angieslist and Jobe Roofing is providing its customers with this big deal in my opinion is a tremendous value. You will never be able to find a roofing company willing to do as much we do for only $49.50. If you still feel as if you did not get your money's worth, call my office at (323) 293-9684 and I will do whatever it takes to make you happy. Respectfully, Jobe
