Description of Work: The quality of their service is very good, however, they are liberal on their parts cost. In one case he didn't include in his quote a required junction box. When work commenced the owner added a eight hundred dollar addition to his previous quote. He was given plenty time to analyze parts needed for the original quote. The shortfall blame rest with the owner. Instead of admitting mistake and absorbing the cost he as the job was progressing added the new cost as a separate quote. I will never use their services again

Description of Work: I was pleasantly surprised that I was given an appointment the same day I phoned. The electricians were courteous and thoroughly professional. They had to schedule a second appointment to replace a faulty wall switch and sync to a ceiling fan. However, that appointment was cancelled due to an "emergency." I was unable to get another appointment until several days later. When the electricians returned, they promptly replaced the wall switch and sync'd it to the ceiling fan. The quality of their work was excellent. Even though I was disappointed about the cancellation, they did an excellent job and I'd use them again.

+ 0 moreThe crew was very judicious in exploring and testing the wiring set-up and were quick to complete the work requested, which ended up being the installation of a timer switch that would work on the circuit in question for security purposes.
Description of Work: Their two-man crew came to look at a pair of switches that were wired in two different buildings on my property controlling the same set of lights. They confirmed my suspicions that the wiring that was done during the construction process was not "standard" for that type of wiring configuration and worked with me to come up with a solution that would best solve the problem in a cost efficient manner.

He then helped me install my new chandelier, and fixed a kitchen outlet that had also blown, saving us an expensive handyman job. Wow!!

+ 0 moreAfter a bad experience with another electrician, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of Intelectric. Their office was very responsive and Abraham was very good. He was professional, courteous and clean (He put soft booties over his shoes, laid out a drop cloth, and even had his own vacuum!). I felt the final price was fair considering that they had to come out twice and bring an additional worker. The only complaint was that they gave a two-hour window for the appointment, yet showed up past that time frame on both days.
Description of Work: Several of the lights in different rooms of our condo kept going out intermittently and our handyman couldn't solve the problem. Intelectric sent Abraham to find the problem and fix it. He methodically checked out several possibilities, which didn't identify the cause so he needed to bring an assistant in for a follow-up visit to help trace the wiring inside the walls to lead them to the source of the problem. Success!

+ -1 moreIntelectric did an excellent work and were very professional and thorough. We felt they were a bit on the expensive side but we got our money's worth. We might look for a different electrician, but we're afraid a cheaper one might not be as professional as Intelectric were.
Description of Work: We hired Intelectric to replace our entire house's electrical system. They replaced the inside wiring, the fuse box and circuit boxes. They also secured all needed permits for the job, taking around two weeks to complete.

Description of Work: Our 2,500 square foot home was in desperate need of a power upgrade. There were four instances of power surges that cause all of our home equipment at different times to basically be fried. We needed the whole thing re-done and upgraded to 200 amps.

+ -1 moreMy electric is working, so I guess they did everything correctly. I enjoy the fact that the job is under warranty, however, I forgot for how long though. It all passed code inspection with no trouble. It was a pleasant company to deal with, and everyone was so nice.
Description of Work: Intelectric put an underground 200 amp meter in the location of my old meter. They also ran all our electric cables underground.
