Other than the four times of choosing the tiles for the roof it was great. Your representatives should come prepared to show the tile which are in stock and in compliance with the city they are working in. Otherwise the crew was great, efficient and very professional and clean. Loved it.

Rob did a great job explaining everything. The crew was on time, finished the work on schedule and the result is great.

I do not always qualify as easy to work for. They made everything so straightforward. They left everything tidy. They were so great and positive to work with. The price seems high until you factor in for the warranties and longevity of the products. Then the price is actually a good value. The customer care is top notch- like one of those crazy expensive restaurants where there is always a waiter in the corner waiting to help. That's how they are. They ask at least once a day if you are happy. I am really happy. When I have another project, I look forward to working with them again.

The job was done satisfactory, meaning the project was completed. But, project management and communication were terrible.Updated 11/02/20 Owner contacted, somewhat resoled.

Workers tried to stay on schedule. Staff was in contact each day. Inspections passed. Good job overall.

There were a couple of delays in the finish of our project, but the owner was a stand-up guy understood that our time was worth something. He discounted our final price and for that I am very grateful and highly recommend Home 2 Renovate.

They called the night before, said they would be here at 8. By noon, when they had not shown or called, we called - oh traffic. We will be there next week. This happened at least 6 times. We had our old patio cover removed and a new one installed. Two inexperienced young men showed up without proper tools, to remove huge beams. Tiny little saws, screwdrivers. They worked all day and came the next day. I felt sorry for them. It was over 100 degrees. When it came time to install, once again, we will be there at 10... this time their excuse was that they were really far away. Sorry. NOT my problem! The roof was installed, and it looks nice, however, it is not the same as the one the salesman promised. At this time, I really do not care anymore. The salesman AND the person who came the next day to draw the plans promised us they would not leave giant holes in our brand new patio. They could put the new posts right in the old holes, or on top of them. **Not a problem** It is even written in our contract. Needless to say, we have huge holes. We had to call back the patio guy and pay him to fix the holes. We are still trying to figure out what to do with the remaining two holes. They are dangerous and unsightly. We have always had good luck with contractors. But my gut said not to go with this company. I really wish I had listened.

We had a great experience with Home 2 Renovate from start to finish. The process started with an in-home visit where they explained all of our options, answered our questions, and clearly explained the project costs and timing. The installation was scheduled pretty quickly after the initial consultation, and they were able to replace all our sliding doors and windows in a single day. The job was efficient and well-organized, and we're thrilled with the results. Our expectations were managed from the very start and we were not disappointed! Everyone we spoke with at the company was courteous, friendly, and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great project. Great installation. Great follow-up. The only problem was the hard sell by the salesman we spoke to. The original price we were offered was double what we actually ended up paying. Be more low key in your sales practice. You have a good product.
