I had gutters and attic insulation installed. They damaged my window in the process. They probably should have bought a generator to be able to do the attic insulation but they used power from the home causing the window damage. Instead of replacing the screen they had someone turn it upside down, like I wouldn't notice. (The house was vacant and recently renovated) The people who you negotiate the job with have great lip service but no accountability. I wouldn't recommend. The gutters look great but can't recommend a company that damages the property and doesn't fix it and did not clean up after themselves. (Which is actually in the contract) I had to have someone help me clean up the mess they made.

Home 2 Renovate and his team did such a wonderful job, from start to finish. They worked quickly, were professional, and did not take any shortcuts. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day, were very accommodating, and took a lot of pride in their work. Our roof looks fantastic! Could not have been happier with our decision to use Home 2 Renovate for our roof replacement!

- The price was too high for just a repair of the roof. -The company told us that they did not use sub-contractors, but the people who came to do the job were sub-contractors. -The people who gave us the estimate did not go to inspect the roof. - Because they did not adequately evaluated the roof, the price increased by several thousands later on. _ For the finished job they were unable to provide all the appropriate pictures even though we asked several times for them. - They had poor communication among the supervisors. - we definitely would not hire them again. - I received a call from both of the owners expressing their concern for the poor review and asked me the reasons for it. They apologized for our bad experience and seemed to genuinely listen to our concerns. They manifested to me that they will work on improving their service.

Very nice work just make sure about the clean up.

The final result of the wood repair and the cool wall paint looks great. Although there were too many **chiefs** involved, I would definitely consider them for my next home improvement project.

They did an excellent job on our gutters. I had a couple of small changes that I wanted and they came back twice with no questions and made them. Highly recommend them to anybody.

Roof trim repair and painting. Estimate given and agreed. A few days later they requested an additional $ 4,300.00 for *unforeseen extra repair*!!!. Roof trims are plainly visible. How is it an unforeseen problem?. Poor estimating job or bait and switch? Either way, It left us with a bad taste in the mouth...

While this seems to be a very reputable, professional company, they were not right for our project. They seem to be only a CoolWall vendor. We had wanted wood sitting and for two hours were sold on CoolWall.

Very professional and timely. I got exactly what I paid for. The crew leader was very nice and receptive to my direction. The job was very clean when they were done. My only small complaint was communication between me and the project manager, there were a couple of days that I didn't know if the crew was showing up. However, the PM always responded to my texts. But overall an excellent job and I definitely will be recommending them.
