They were real professional about the work, the communication about the project and most importantly did a very good job. I highly recommend them for sure.

Product is really good. Customer Service was okay. Had an issue and was able to come to a resolution. They were understanding and able to give me a refund due to the work but other than that work was good and it got fixed.

A HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND ORGANIZED COMPANY; A WELL MANNERED STAFF; A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. I hired this company to repair my sunroom roof. Unlike the two previous companies who were hired to do the same job...and botched the repair by only putting on band-aids, Home2Renovate came through by actually fixing my problem! Two company project managers sat with my wife and I and walked us through the process, explaining each step. They took photos of the damaged areas and pointed out other potential problems with the roof. After the initial signing of the contract the installation team came to the house the next day to walk us through their process, pointing out what will actually take place. The day of the repair, the crews arrived on time, had the proper materials, came with a crew who were all proficient in their positions and when finished, cleaned the area professionally. Later in the afternoon, the production manager came out to walk and inspect the repaired roof. He took photos, verified that the work was complete and had me sign off on the work. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs work on their home.

The clean up was really good. They communicate very well. Everything was explained very well and educates consumers very well. 27 quality windows installed in a timely manner, ahead of schedule.

You really don't need to look further than H2R for windows. They gave me a thorough and informative presentation and I learned a lot about windows. This helped me make an informed choice and to appreciate the design and ideas that Alex and Omar created for me. These guys are very talented and I can imagine that the housing industry has taken notice. For me as a single person without a lot of experience in home rennovation they were the very best choice. They are professional, courteus, knowledgeable, responsive and honest. The quality of the products they use and the workmanship are first rate and the results are fantastic. I was able to replace three very large sliding glass doors, (one with a pet door), install a bay window in the kitchen and replace windows in the bedroom and bathroom. I really couldn't be happier.

Met with Joey Wafer who spent about 2 hours covering all aspects of his company, their preferred window manufacturer, and their base product. I replace 2 windows and the install crew lead by Han did an outstanding job. A very professional company with great people to get the job done. As a new homeowner, I was at first concerned about hiring contractors for home improvements for my condo. Being a realtor myself, I'd heard some horror stories. However, this is why referrals are so very important; for my second window quote I was put in touch with Alex at Home 2 Renovate. From the original handshake, the thorough quotation and the hierarchy at the company providing samples to my HOA (for their approval) to the installation of the windows and sliding door, it was painless and stress-free for myself. The install itself was an eye opener; the guys worked fast & efficiently, and really knew what they were doing, even on my second story windows. Living close to Sunset Blvd, the first major benefit I noticed was the significant sound difference compared to my old windows, its simply amazing! They look great, I'm over the moon. Overthe many years we have lived in our home, we have had 3 majorrenovations and numerous repairs. However, we have never experiencedthe superior work PLUS work ethic of Home2Renovate. To our surprise,instead of viewing our shutters as a flat paint color, it's now sorich in color, it almost looks like it's 3-D. But the icing on thecake is neighbors rang our bell to tell us how great the house looksand several of them commented on the crew and their diligent work. Alex and Roger (the sales force) were very convincing, and George (the project manager) was very friendly and caring. The work force was very polite, but it seemed that the information about the project was not communicated to the people doing the work. The sales guys told.me they would be replacing 55 feet of trim, but only 15 feet was replaced. While they made it look good, I was expecting large pieces of trim to be replaced. Additionally, the guys were getting ready to leave, and they had not yet replaced a door frame that was included in the bid. They had not been told about that frame. They stayed late and completed it, and everything looks good. I am happy with the look of the trim, and delighted that I will not have to paint again for years.
