Salesman was very thorough and informative. Supervisor and crew were timely, professional and very courteous. We were amazed at how quick and professional the job was. We highly recommend Home 2 Renovate.

Things worked out after I spoke to the owner. He was very professional. Prior to that, there were a number of issues with scheduling and re-scheduling.

They are okay. There was a minor miscommunication.

Cleanup was not great. They left pieces of metal gutters and small screws around the property. There was one difficult area where an oak tree is too close to the house and the gutter wouldn't fit. He had to invent and shape an 18 inch piece of gutter to get around the tree. Whether this will work is undecided at present until it rains. I tested the gutters with a water hose after two days. Most of the gutters did the job but the part around the oak tree leaks.

Had these guys do a sliding door for me. The quality of the door and the install are fine however the work was a bit sloppy (I had to do quite a bit of touch up painting) and my outside lock did not arrive as ordered. They set up an appointment to fix the lock three days later and after waiting several hours they informed me they didn't have the part. Another day wasted. They finally fixed the problem 5 days later. The work is fine but I can't say my experience was solid given their hard sell about the professionalism of their company. There were lost of apologies but overall very frustrating.

Home 2 Renovate came back out and resolved all issues and Roger was very nice and willing to work with me.

Beautiful work--occasionally some confusion in scheduling, but it was mainly due to unexpected delays in getting paint, etc. Team of supervisors was if anything over attentive. The painting crew itself, headed by Angel, was superb. Will definitely consider hiring H2R again!

They are exceeding thorough, with customer, the communication was always present, their inspection was thorough, I cannot say enough about the attention to their work. If I had the money I would only use this company.

Home 2 Revonate was a pleasure to work with! We had gotten a few quotes on a repair to our roof and were told by all Companies that we needed a new roof. H2R took the time to show us exactly why we were in such dier need of a roof. Once we decided we had to bite the bullet and redo the whole roof, H2R was the best choice! The materials, warranty, and customer service are superior to other companies. They are more expensive, but honestly... you get what you pay for and the extra expense was worth it! The job started just 1 week after we signed the contract and our entire job was completed in 6 days from taking the Solar Panels we had down to Putting them back on. Without the Solar, the Roof itself was done in just 3 days! I was shocked at how quickly they worked and also with the quality of the work! The communication was always excellent and they were willing to modify the contract to include cutting our rafter tails that we didn't want at no additional cost after the tear down had already been done. I'm looking forward to working with H2R again on our next project, which we are already saving up for.

The crews that performed the work were professional and helpful. They were great at having foremen and reps available to address our needs and they also showed up to check up on everything without prompting them to do so. The work that was performed was the paining of my eaves and fascia and they also installed gutters. When there was an issue with the paint the sales rep was available to answer my questions. Everyone involved as far as sales reps, foreman that organized the project and the project managers that come out for the final walk through were all done in a smooth and timely manner.

The company lied about the date of installation. This was an inconvenience for my family. I was the one who reached out since the time elapsed. Even at the time to pay the balance was not correct. I am an honest person and told the representative of the correct amount. The technician was not informed exactly what the job entailedI hope the gutters work appropriately.

They always checked with me to see how things were going, which I liked. The crew did a good job. H2R listened to my concerns and made sure I was happy with the job as it proceeded. Office and field personal were very cordial.
