They had to do work twice as the first time was very sloppy. Never came on time and did not return phone calls. Took 30 days to do a 1-5 day project. Was bullied by the General Manager over the phone! After this review was posted, the VP called me to apologize for the actions of two employees and assured me that corrective measures were taken. Based on that conversation I have revised my review.

The actual work product put out by the workers who came to my home to build/construct my gazebo were outstanding. However, the staff who came out to do the initial contact were never given my phone number so when they were late I could not contact them and had to call the home office. They could not contact me either so there was a brief concern over the customer service. Once they arrived I was able to explain what my concerns were and they understood. The initial call came to me from Home Advisor and not Home2Renovate so that was why there was a mixup as to the initial appointment. Other than that, everything else was great including the bid price they provided for my project.

My roof looked terrible and was in bad condition. The crew that was sent to my home to fix my roof was very professional and skilled.

They were fast and efficient. Next, I will have them do the rain gutters.

The work crew, quality of workmanship, and quality of materials were far superior to our old gutters, and they also had such options as screens/protectors over the gutters to keep out leaves so cleaning them out would never be necessary. I also loved the color options and was able to select gutters that complemented the paint of my facia and my house. I did not have to go with one color only, so my gutters were white and my downspouts dove gray. They are beautiful! I was very impressed by the work ethic, expertise and courtesy of the project manager, foreman, and his work crew. Supervision of the job and interfacing with me as the homeowner was done in a manner that made me feel like a well cared-for customer. You can't do better than this team for gutter purchase and installation.

These guys are top notch ! I recommend highly I will be hiring them soon to replace my roof

From first contact, to follow up, to remeasure, to appointment for installation that was scheduled with arrival right on time, to the installation of our replacement sliding glass door, to final clean up and the then final walk through and demonstration - IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY BETTER. We are extremely pleased with Home2Renovate and plan to use them again in a few months on another project.

Customer service is excellent. On time. Excellent team of professional that I highly recommend everyone to hire for changing their windows. They also offer other services as well such has roof, painting and etc.....

The company was great. They came in and gave me an estimate and the workers did a fantastic job. The workers were timely and did everything to satisfy us as customers. The project manager was easy to talk to about any questions we had.

Very professional, very clean, everything was spotless when left.

This company does a tremendous job of properly educating a potential customer. They provide a great presentation about them, their product line and leave you feeling knowledgeable about a significant investment in home improvement. When we made our decision, late on a Saturday night, Alex, came right back out after a long day, to secure our interest and our business.
