I just had my asphalt roof replaced by Home 2 Renovate. I am very happy with the finished work. It was done in 3 days. From the detailed presentation by Joel and Joey to Jonathan checking in with me to make sure everything was going well to John M who made sure everything was cleaned up. Very hard working guys who kept in total communication with me. I will be calling them again for different projects I have in mind.

FIVE STARS, an â Aâ for HOME2RENOVATE! My brother and I requested estimates from various licensed contractors to renovate the exterior of our 88 year old home. The existing exterior paint was peeling, the walls were uneven with cracks and the wood window frames were rotten. Basically the exterior was a big ugly mess. HOME2RENOVATE representative, Phil Shaffer, was very professional, informative, friendly and provided us a very reasonable quote. We felt comfortable to sign the contract the same day. The work started almost immediately. Our main contact was Jonathon Gonzales, the Project Manager (PM) which was on site every day, gave us daily updates and addressed any concerns, which were minimal, given the efficiently hard work of Ignacio Cruz (Carpenter) and Ivan B. (Painter) among the PMs excellent crew. The job was completed within a very reasonable time given some rainy days, the crew did a thorough job cleaning up and the quality is AWSOME! The house looks better than new and will remain this way with the HOME2RENOVATE warranty. At first, the job promised appeared to good to be true but HOME2RENOVATE actually under promised and over delivered which is very hard to find anywhere nowadays. We highly recommend HOME2RENOVATE for all your home improvement needs!

The communication with me could have been better. Rain over several days resulted in partial days of work rather than all one day. I had to call their office a couple of days to find out when they expected to resume work. The rain caused the delays and not the company.

They had a crew of 6 plus supervisor. Stripped roof and repaired some of roof in one day. Second day no inspector. 3rd day did the rest of the repair including 60 ft of new 2x6 facing, Even painted it and installed the complete roof with attached garage. All finished and beat the rain!!!

They are on time and efficient

The painters were there on time and went to work. They asked a few questions and knew what had to be done, didn t waste any time. Very impressive, job was done right and fast. The project manager was at the site every time the day ended. Very pleased on how everything was handled.

Very deceptive salesmen. They don t follow through with their promises. They don t care about you or your house. They only care about your money and moving on to the next jobs. If you have problems down the road they will fight you and do anything they can to avoid having to send workers to help you fix it unless you pay more money. I had a legitmate concern that they installed new roofing over rotted wood even after they promised in the contract to replace the rotted wood. Their answer to the unstable area was Just don t walk on it . When I stood my ground, they got nasty and insulting. I reported them to the contractor s license board. The board investigated and ruled in my favor, saying the work was negligent and not up to code. This company makes all kinds of promises and claims about how amazing they are. The truth is they are liars and have no integrity.

Customer service was excellent and we worked with several project managers that were keeping in touch with us 3 times a day to check up on everything and kept us updated with progress. Towards the end of each day they asked if we were happy and if anything else needed to be done. They made sure the team cleaned everything up at the end of the day. They had to remove the house numbers as result of painting the fascia board and they said they will return once we get the new numbers. They covered everything with tarp because it was going to rain. The big thing is, they came on time and they were efficient and worked the whole day. They also left spare paint for needed touch up in the future. They completely cleared everything upon completion of project.

They worked meticulously to restore two 1920s homes. They delivered on everything they promised. Honest, courteous, diligent. Truly happy with the end result.

Great service and quality

The work was professional, good and they at the time they promised. The installation was clean and well made. I recommend them.

Installed huge sliding glass doors on my garage and did a great job. I'm looking forward to hiring them again to replace windows.

The work was excellent they are very thorough, professional, clean and the only thing I had a problem with was the flat portions of the roof.

Great group from first person we spoke with to project manager and installers. Personable , informed and very helpful, ready to solve problems if need be. Their rain gutter work was impeccable. Very professional and cleaned up afterwards.
