Professionals booked through Handy are experts across a range of home services, including home cleaning, handyman services, painting, lawn care, and more. They have collectively performed over 3 million projects across 250 locations. Handy, through the Handy platform, offers technology and information to book home services, but does not itself provide these services. The provision of services is the responsibility of independent professionals scheduled through the Handy platform. Tasks booked and paid for directly through the Handy platform are performed by background checked professionals*, and are backed by the Handy Happiness Guarantee**. "No one showed up. I had to call task rabbit. All my bookings are booked one month in advance, but no one came. Contract is done in March and I’m going to use TaskRabbit."
Description of Work: Good service when house keeping comes, service however is unreliable. They charge you even when it’s their fault. There’s no number to call if you need help. It’s done through email.

I was satisfied with Maria’s service but not the company. I feel like they just took my money after they sent someone out and I was unable to notify them not to. I don’t like that you can’t talk to someone if you need to. So I guess in the end, I lost $63.00. Paid for a second service in which I did not receive because we were on vacation. Let’s just say, I will not use them again, nor will I refer them to anyone.
Description of Work: I live in a small one bedroom apartment and I requested to have it cleaned. Maria did an excellent job. However, I somehow hit a button that allowed this to take place bi-weekly, and we had previously planned a vacation from 12/22 - 12/29/2018. While on vacation the company sent someone to my house meanwhile the prior day I tried to stop that from happening. But with no one to talk to this made it impossible. So in short, they sent someone out and charged me full-price. I was furious and felt like they could’ve made an adjustment. But did not.
