Handy House Cleaning

They contacted me 30 minutes before they were supposed to begin to let me know they were not coming. I found that totally unacceptable. They wanted to come the day after Xmas. To late to meet my need. I haven't checked to see if my money was refunded yet.

Both times I scheduled them they did not show up. At the last minute they let me know their "pro" had called off. They rescheduled, but after two times, I want to find a new service. They were scheduled twice and did not show TWICE. When I wanted to cancel my 3 month agreement because they had not performed on it, they said I would have to pay a $99 early cancellation fee. I would not have cancelled if they had done what they agreed to do. After several emails the company agreed to refund what I had paid for services not rendered and they cancelled my service.

I cant tell that they were ever in the home. I gave them the combo to get in and paid for the service with my credit card online. I was on vacation at the time and the person I spoke to said no problem. They would go and take care of the cleaning. When I got back from vacation my office caravaned the home and all 15 real estate agents commented that the home did not look like it had been cleaned. I took photos and then disputed the payment on my credit card. I would never use this company again, and I will let all my fellow agents let it be known in my area.....I have 12 more photos that show either how bad they cleaned or never showed up to do the job. The system here would not let me download the rest of photos which you can see how bad it was, I would like to submit the rest of photos... Karin Mable

Great BUT, how do. I get hold of the SAME. Person for this. Mondays schedule cleaning? I'm hopeing they will be here. I'm not good on apps or any of that. I like to talk to people not text them as. I have. Questions and this is for my daughter. As she has been in the hospital and now just home. So we will see what happens. Monday and if so will it be the same person coming

House cleaning appointment were set three times and at 9am each time, I received an email telling me they weren't coming and arranged for another day. I received various excuses until the last time. I was told they didn't have anyone in my area to service my needs.

Did cited not to go with any cleaning service at all decide to hire family members to do what I needed to be done thank you for the recommendation.

The lady was horrible and rude . Walked in telling me what she doesnt do and how we are bad people for not recycling and didnt clean very well. Floors were dirty cabinets were still dirty and dust everywhere. I spent the next day cleaning. And requested my money back. I will never recommend this lady or use this service again because they sent this lady. I'm sure I wasnt the only one who was sent this lady.

This was my third time using this service. Sonia F. was my professional the first time and was so nice and did such an amazing job, she’s who I’ve requested each subsequent time. This is consistently great service and I can trust my professional to work with no supervision and without me being home. Cost of service once a month is $100 and I like to leave a cash tip on top of that.

Amazing!!! I was SO worried to use Handy based off of the scathing reviews. Ron showed up totally on time. He did an absolutely fantastic job!!! Everything exactly how I wanted it. He went above and beyond. I can’t wait to have him back. The app was super easy to use!! It really is like the Uber of handy work. Highly recommend.

Went well, professional and quality work

Alfredo from Handy was INCREDIBLE. I haven't had my apartment that clean since I moved in. I'm honestly shocked he got so much done in the minimal time. Definitely worth your money and getting him on your schedule. Super nice as well!

I have used the Handy app for cleaning services performed approx 8 times. I have used other cleaning services before as well. I repeated one of the cleaning people 1x, all of the rest of the cleanings I requested a new "pro", looking for someone who could do the job. The cleaning service in general is mediocre , blah. They dont always move things to dust, dont put your clean dishes away, my sinks have not been cleaned before. I have always paid for extras, an extra hour, inside of the windows (did not get done). I had one of the pros throw a piece of my vacuum away and I had to buy a new vacuum. On average I pay about $150 for 2 beds, 2 baths, thats an extra hour. I would use them out of desperation but will be shopping a local small business.

It went very well she did a great job she didn't stop until she was finish very punchable polite and I would definitely hire her again

Every time the Ad is posted on Angie's list to claim the deal for three hours of housecleaning and I attempt to access it by entering my information and cleaning request, it sends a pop-up response that "This Deal is no longer available." Is this a bait and switch thing? What is the deal? I apply on the day the email shows up in my in box, yet am denied. Either this company is a sham or Angie's List email/website link has an issue. Either way, I find it very irritating, hence this post.

I booked Handy House Cleaning to do a one-time deep house cleaning. After being rescheduled one day at the very last minute, my appointment was rescheduled for the following day via text message. I tried calling Handy but they insist upon emails. They confirmed the appointment for the following day and cancelled 17 minutes AFTER the appointment time. The automated message said there was an emergency for the cleaner but that was a lie. I received a message from the cleaner that she was mistakenly booked because she lived over an hour from the home that was being cleaned. My father drove over an hour each way from Oxnard to Palmdale for both days in order to meet the cleaners only to have his time wasted. This has been handled very unprofessionally with a significant expense to my father in time and money. I requested compensation for the extreme inconvenience and they offered a refund. Obviously, a refund is in order because they didn't complete the work. They were completely unwilling to compensate for the inconvenience. I would never hire them again and strongly recommend against it.

Had to assemble several furniture , and found Handy online. The handyman who came, Gerrit, was super nice and finished everything in couple of hours. will deferentially hire again

The booking process was fine, the guy was on time. But, he made mistakes and messed up the cabinet I ordered.

Super easy to book, app was understandable. HE was on time and nice.

They guy that came here was on time, and it was easy to book, they were able to help me out, booked through Wayfair. I was impressed, they were respectful and professional.

The app is easy to use. I will tell you it took me a couple of cleans to find a good cleaner, but now that I found one, I use them weekly.

Great!! The assembler was super kind and even helped put my new mattress on the platform. I couldn't of asked for a nicer person to come to my home. :)
