Very well. The guys arrived on time and did the work as promised. I asked for some extra work, and they got that scheduled for another visit without much hassle.

Sheldon and another guy came out on very short notice and worked very quickly to remedy some electrical idiosynchracies in our basement that we needed corrected ASAP to sell our house. They were very friendly and got to work right away and explained what they planned to do and how to do it. They did a great job in a very short period of time.

Fantastic. The guys were courteous, friendly, arrived on time, and explained in simple terms what they were doing. Also provided me some tips and suggestions.

THE ELECTRICAL JOURNEYMAN THAT PERFORMED OUR WORK WAS NOT A GOOD COMMUNICATOR WHEN IT CAME TO EXPLAINING HOW EVERYTHING WAS TO BE CONNECTED AND WHAT WAS NEEDED TO GIVE US ADDED PROTECTION CONCERNING A GFI INTERRUPT CIRCUIT OR BREAKER. BECAUSE THE HEATED FLOOR WAS WITHIN 1 FOOT FOR BOTH OUR SINK AND DISHWASHER I UNDERSTOOD A GFI WAS REQUIRED FOR SAFETY. HE WAS IN COMMUNICATION WITH HIS OFFICE TO GET AN ADDITIONAL PART WHEN SOMEONE SAID IT WAS NOT NEEDED IN A KITCHEN. HE PERFORMED HIS WORK WITHOUT INSTALLING ONE AND WITHOUT CHECKING IF ALL 3 HEATED MATS WORKED. I HAD HIM COME BACK OUT THE NEXT DAY TO RECHECK HIS CONNECTIONS AND TO GET A GFI INSTALLED. HE SAID THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL 180 DOLLARS TO HAVE THIS WORK PERFORMED. THE STATE INSPECTOR AGREED THAT A GFI SHOULD BE PUT IN. THE OFFICE MANAGER MIKE THAT I DEALT WITH WAS GREAT AT SCHEDULING AND GETTING THE INSPECTIONS SETUP. I HAD TO CONFIRM THAT TWO INSPECTIONS WERE NEEDED FOR THIS PROJECT. AGAIN RYAN DID NOT.

When I called and asked for an estimate the person was very friendly and quick to respond to get a person out to my house. The service with this company seemed to go down from there. The person estimating was 45 minutes late and when I called to check on him, they said they'd forgot. They said I would get the estimate the next day - two days later, I called and they had forgot. The installers were friendly but I am glad they are on a fixed bid, wouldn't call them fast workers. 4 hours after the rough in was complete I received 5 calls to my cell phone and 1 call to work where the accounting person badgered my colleague. I am happy to pay my bill and tried to pay the electrician when he arrived but he told me a bill would come after they were done. This is project is only to rough in and I can only hope my experience with finalizing won't be as frustrating.

They came to give me a quote. After I got another quote from another company I asked Gres to basically match that other quote that I got, approx. $150.00 difference, they never called me back. I obviously went with the other company, Schmidt Electric, and was very satisfied.

Harry (the owner) visited the house to discuss options and to provide the quotation. We spoke with Harry a few times as questions arose and to evaluate suggestions made by other bidders. Tom and Chuck spent a full day at the house to complete the service upgrade. They were very professional and provided a tidy installation despite a cramped working space. At the end of the day, they thoroughly double-checked and identified every circuit in the house. Tom returned many weeks later to install the garage subpanel and again did a very neat job. Harry and all of his staff were easy to communicate with, arrived when scheduled, and did excellent work. We will certainly call them for future projects.

Ryan and Chad, the electricians, showed up on time to do the job. After thorough inspection and probing, they suggested further modifications, due to the unforeseen construction behind the ceiling. However, they think the only possible way to do the job will make the room look poorly, which we totally agree. Therefore, we decided not to install the lighting. Ryan and Chad are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They have the owner's interest in mind.

THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY CAME TO FIX THE PROBLEM IN THE MIDDLE OF A SNOW STORM. I FOUND HIM TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HE DID EXCELLENT WORK.

The owner of the company, Harry Gres, made this repair for me. It was really nice of him to fix this problem in the midst of a snowstorm on the Friday before a holiday weekend. Harry did excellent work and was very professional.

SHELDON IS AN AWESOME ELECTRICIAN. HE IS EASY TO HAVE IN YOUR HOME AND SUPER EFFICIENT. ONE OF MY BEST EXPERIENCES WITH A SUBCONTRACTOR.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. I WAS IN A RUSH AND COULDN'T GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM AS SOON AS I WANTED, BUT THEY PROMISED TO CALL IF THEY HAD AN OPENING AND THAT WORKED GREAT. ON TIME, KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS, QUICK. PRICE INCLUDED ASSEMBLING THE FAN - WOULD HAVE BEEN LESS IF I HAD DONE THAT AHEAD OF TIME AND HAD THEM DO JUST THE ELECTRICAL WORK.

EXCEPTIONAL, ARRIVED ON TIME ON A FRIDAY EVENING, COMPLETED THE WORK IN HALF AN HOUR, CHARGES WERE EXACTLY AS STATED THEY WOULD BE AND WITH A SMILE!!! I'VE WORKED WITH OVER ABOUT A DOZEN DIFFERENT CONTRACTORS OVER THE LAST YEAR WITH VARIOUS MINOR FIX UP PROJECTS AROUND MY HOME AND THIS WAS BY FAR THE MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!

DIDN'T SHOW UP ON TIME FOR THE ESTIMATE; CAME LATER AND LEFT CARD. NEVER CALLED.

I WOULD NOT USE THEM DUE TO THE HIGH TRIP CHARGE, SIMPLY BECAUSE OF HOW CLOSE THEY WERE TO OUR HOUSE.

THEY WERE GREAT. THEY CAME IN ON A MOMENTS NOTICE AFTER THE GUY FROM ANOTHER COMPANY, WALKED OUT ON THE JOB BECAUSE IT WAS TOO HARD. THEY WERE NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

THEY WERE WONDERFUL. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND GRES AND SHELDON.

COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASANT AND HELPFUL CONCERNING A CONFUSING LIGHTING SYSTEM IN MY NEW OFFICE. DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT WHO KNEW NOTHING, ETC. VERY, VERY RESPONSIVE PHONE OFFICE SERVICE TOO AND CHECKED TO SEE WHEN THE EXTRA PARTS CAME, WHEN WE COULD RE-SCHEDULE, ETC.. TERRIFIC GROUP.
