The work they did for my heating was very good. The guy that came out for me was Corey and he was excellent in fixing my two water heaters. They did good on the water heater, however, they were not so good in plumbing. The men they sent out for the plumbing misdiagnosed my plumbing problem with the water heater and it took several trips to fix it. I would rehire them for heating, however, I wouldn't rehire them for plumbing. Overall grade for heating is an A. The Overall grade for plumbing is a D.

The guy that came out was not a typical plumber. He was clean cut and very professional. He went right to work and did a great job. He even changed a washer out in my kitchen faucet at no charge.

I liked that they came out right away and were very responsive. I have used this company before and I would recommend them. I think that they have been in business for a very long time. I believe they charge an hourly rate of $95. They were only at my house for about an hour and a half.

It was not a very difficult job but the plumbers still did very good. They fixed the problem for me and left everything looking as if nothing had happened. They were friendly as always I have not met an unfriendly plumber yet. I considered the price to be very reasonable. They had to replace a pipe which they brought themselves and charged me for that.

Making the appointment was extremely easy, and everyone I spoke with was friendly. The tech came on time, and diagnosed and fixed the problem efficiently. We haven't had any problems since, and are extremely happy with the work. All pricing was up-front; no surprises. What a great experience! We will definitely use this company again.

Cory responded quickly and tried various fixes in two visits, including installing a new thermostat, before deciding the furnace's motherboard was at fault. He even left the new thermostat installed while seeing if it worked without charging for it. When he returned with the new motherboard and installed it, the furnace worked perfectly. Cory knows furnaces, and he's a nice guy too. The company didn't bill us immediately, and when it did the amount was entirely reasonable. That price includes the new thermostat, which we opted to keep though Cory would have been happy to replace it with our old one. We will use Economic for all our heating/plumbing issues. The company is always responsive and fair-priced.

Carlos showed up on time and did the job in less than an hour. He was pleasant, clean, and efficient. It was accomplished within the hour minimum. I'll hire the company and Carlos for all future plumbing needs. What's more, Mary at the company was on top of a scheduling glitch and called in plenty of time to re-schedule. A pleasure to have a plumber do that when so many don't even return calls.

I contacted them through a Angie's List reference. I described the problem and my house in detail (I live on a hill and have 42 steps). They sent an extra man to help carry their equipment. They arrived promptly and got right to the problem. They snaked out an outside clean out that had become clogged with roots. From arrival to taillights it took them 45 minutes. They were courteous and professional.

They never showed up and didn't call. I waited an extra hour (past the window in which they said they'd show up in case they were running late), and called them to find out what was wrong. They claimed not to have had my phone number to contact me, then tried to re-schedule again for another day, and this time told me they'd have to send out an extra guy (at extra cost of course). What a joke. I chose this company because of the ''good'' rating they had on Angie's list. But what a mistake that was. I told them no thanks for the re-schedule and called another plumber.

I can't say enough about how polite and helpful these guys were. They arrived on time, did their work efficiently and cleaned up when they left. The shower stall only took them about 15 or 20 minutes to fix and they replaced the flush unit in the other toilet with the remainder of their minimum billable hour. I asked them if I should get a better toilet and they said that the inexpensive ones, like mine, work just as well as the expensive ones. I will not hire another plumber ever again.

Work was done on time and efficiently. Because of the style of the house, the worker had to climb multiple stairs and work in tight spaces. He was persistent until he found the problem.

They were very friendly and professional. I had company coming to stay and no functioning shower, and they went out of their way to get it fixed quickly.

On the condensation issue, Raul quickly determined that it was not a leak but the fact that the vent for the exhaust for the heater was damaged. After several other plumbers misdiagnosed the problem, Raul determined that the leak in the guest bath was from a split pipe in the wall (not a leaking shower pan as others stated. He also performed other minor repairs. I would hire these guys for any plumbing problem in a heartbeat. They are nice, do great work and are great at follow up.

Punctual and got the job done quickly. Price was a little high for the work but I wanted to get the grill installed quickly. Very satisfied.

Job 1: Excellent, on time, and budget was as represented when I called. Polite, courteous, knew the type of house plumbing, clean. Job 2: It was on a Saturday. The representative came after several other stops, which were already scheduled before I called. He kept me abreast as to the estimated time of arrival, did his job and left a phone number in case there were any problems. Professional, caring, and very nice.

Economic Plumbing front phone desk was polite & helpful. Plumber was on time, wore company shirt, spoke English, & was polite. Replaced garbage disposer quickly. Provided correct bill.

I had informed the technician that I had been having my main drain cleaned every 6 months, and that I was interested in having a liner put in the main drain line so that I would not have to call the plumber every 6 months. He recommended that I have a camera inspect the line. I informed him that my previous plumbers indicated that there were 2 areas with root blockage and that there is a blockage now. The technician said he would give me a video of the drain line showing the blockage. He sent the camera down and stopped at the first blockage and said the camera would not go any further. He did not go to the street connection with the camera as I had expected. I had assumed that as part of the inspection he would clear the line until he go to the street connection. Although he failed to provide the service he still charged me half price to learn something I already knew. I feel I wasted my money.

The plumber called me 30 minutes in advance at work, as promised, arrived on time, as promised. Best of all, unlike large plumbing companies, they quoted me a reasonable $80 hourly rate in advance (one hour minimum), rather than some quoted rate when the plumber arrives. The 2 plumbers were cordial, knowledgeable, and got the job done in 45 minutes. They were simply great. They were honest and are my plumbers for life.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. MR. MARITNEZ IS A CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONAL, AND HE WAS ABLE TO TELL ME EXACTLY WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE WITHOUT PADDING ANY OF HIS TIME. I APPRECIATED THE NEATNESS OF HIS WORK, AND WILL BE GLAD TO RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS, AND CERTAINLY WILL CALL ON HIS SERVICES AGAIN. WHEN YOU FIND SOME ONE WHO IS A PROFESSIONAL, STAY WITH THAT COMPANY. IT PAYS OFF FOR BOTH THE CONSUMER, AND THE BUSINESS.

I'VE USED THEM FOR OVER TEN YEARS. THEY KNOW THE HOUSE REALLY WELL. THEY COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL COME. THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. THEY ARE PRETTY EXACTING ABOUT WHAT THEY THINK THE PROBLEM IS. THEY WON'T PULL APART THE WHOLE WALL, BUT THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT PINPOINTING THE EXACT PROBLEM AND FIXING IT.
