The company promised me a time window and the plumber arrived within the window. He was courteous and friendly, assessed the situation and went to work. He had all the parts needed on his truck to replace the pipes underneath the sink and also was able to snake out the blockage in the pipes. I was particularly worried about the gas leak in my laundry room but the plumber was able to adjust the pipe and add a joint sealant that eliminated the leak. The plumber was efficient, explained everything along the way and provided excellent value for the cost of the service. Although the price was a little higher than I would have expected for the materials, I thought the overall value was very good and would recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

It went poorly. The last two times I have had to deal with this company, the service at my house was excellent, while dealing with a different person in the office each time was not. This last time was the worst. I needed service done in my master bathroom, and due to their mistake with scheduling I would be either forced to hire them on a weekend (with a much larger price-tag), or wait a week due to my being out of town. I was very disappointed to be put in this position, especially during this drought where none of us can afford to waste water. Probably will not be using them again.

I have used Economic Plumbing MANY times since purchasing my Hollywood Hills house in 2000. They installed one air conditioning unit in 2000, and another this year. They've also been my go-to company for various plumbing and heating jobs throughout the years. They give small-town service and customer attention in the midst of a big city. I know their teams of customer service, plumbing and heating and trust them to solve my problems, big or small! Raul and Mary always give me a bit of ribbing when I call with some problem -- sometimes caused or exacerbated by my own DIY attempts -- but in the end, everything is fixed! Thanks Economic! We have a pedestal sink that started leaking at the elbow joint but was impossible to repair on our own. My husband spent the entire day before working on it and he used to do contracting work. We were able to get an appointment for the next day. They fixed the leak and remounted the sink. The sink needed odd parts that they were able to provide on the spot. We have used Economic for years for all of our plumbing issues. They are always punctual, easy to schedule and do a great job.

Another plumbing firm said we would have to replace and that it was cracked. Economic said no crack and got it working. When it again stopped came over and installed new thermostat which we needed.

I love them. They are reliable, trustworthy and they are honest. I will use them again.

I bought the faucet and they charged me around $90 for the labor and miscellaneous things. I had no problem with them and they were very punctual.

I have used Economic for years. They are the only plumbers I will use, they have been in business for years. They are vey clean, thorough, reliable, honest, and everything is done properly the first time.

The service by Economic Plumbing was very poor. The plumber put copper piping on top of existing PVC and did not suggest that the PVC should be replaced. The office manager indicated "Otto is a man of few words." The piping installed was very ugly to look at in a highly visible area near the front of the house (it is visible to anyone who goes to the front door). The job was not done properly and the next day when we brought another plumber over he advised that the plumbing repair was very poorly done (obvious to us) and it was leaking. We called Economic Plumbing to repair this work. They advised that they would charge for the service call in the event it wasn't their fault. A supervisor came and made the repair. He advised that it would be an extra charge to replace the PVC with copper. The original (but faulty) repair included a warranty. We subsequently received a letter advising that there was no warranty on the work due to the PVC and copper fit. Otto refused to look at the source of leaking water in the kitchen saying it involved an appliance and not plumbing. I brought another plumber (not affiliated with Economic Plumbing) over that evening. He found the source of the leak in five minutes at 8 PM. The leak was from a water line to the refrigerator. He turned off the water supply to the kitchen which stopped the leak. He fixed the water line the next day. Like me, my wife was very unhappy about the service from Economic Plumbing and my tenant was furious.

I called Economic plumbing and they sent a plumber out within 1 hour. He found the root of the problem which was my pressure regulator for the whole house and after inspecting the heater and finding damage he suggested I buy a new one. I agreed and he called his supplier. So while I drove to pick up the new water heater from his supplier, he removed my old heater, changed the valve and by the time I returned he was ready to install the new one. The biggest issue was that it was pouring rain and all the work he had to do was outside my home. He didn't complain once and his only remark was that he would have been able to work faster if it wasn't raining. They did a great job and I will definitely call them again

Easy to schedule. Service was friendly, professional. Plumber fixed the problem (replaced worn out flapper) and was in and out in about 15 minutes. Since they work on an hourly basis ($90/hr), advantageous if you have several things that can be done during the visit.

Economic Plumbing and Heating Inc replaced the washer, repacked, and reseated the valve in my bathtub. The company does very good work but I feel they are a little expensive. The worker they sent out was very good about cleaning up before leaving. I was very satisfied with the work that was done for me.

The experience was good and I would hire them again.

It was excellent. First, they came to service the thermostat and when they found that it didn't work they said there would be no charge. When Korey Edwards came to put in the new motor he was on time and very professional. The price was very good and the service was excellent.

They came on a same day call and did the job quickly and efficiently. Their price was good as was their work - just the way I like to do business.

It has been a great experience. They are very good and professional. They've advised me not to do things that some other companies told me I should. If they hadn't done such a good job they would be back more often. They are very responsive.

This was the first time I had use their services. They were very accommodating and they came on time, were polite, courteous and were truly economical. He was very clean and did the work right and they did not overcharge me. This was the best plumbing experience I have ever had.
