Description of Work: we contacted Roberto about reupholstering a sofa and love seat. After several phone calls we finally connected and he asked that we send photos be email so he could get a better idea of the work needed. We provided the photos and then NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. This despite several phone calls over several weeks and more than a few emails. The man just disappeared.
