Description of Work: Craig told me to buy an expensive faucet and his guy installed the expensive faucet and then 11 months later the entire hose of the cold water dropped off and my kitchen flooded. Craig was too busy to come in and fix the faucet and was rude on the phone, telling me how busy he was and how I was using the faucet wrong. The faucet which was under warranty, according to the manufacturer was installed wrong and so they didn't want to send me a new faucet.

Description of Work: They put a sewer camera line and cleaned out a backed sewerage. The guys on-site were great. There was a little confusion on pricing but Craig cleared it up. I am still waiting on the images from the job performed.

Description of Work: They had a look at both our toilets for leaks, could noty find any in one, which was the worst as there was a lot of water causing walls in the garage to go mouldy. Craig then had a look and found that the culprit was a water heater!

Description of Work: My fireplace was was not usable because the builders hid the shut off valve somewhere in the wall. After 2 years of frustration trying to get someone to fix it Craig came and assessed the problem and ran new piping to bypass the old system and now it works beautifully. Thanks Craig!
