HIGHLY recommend Craig's Plumbing. Just had my service today and already raved to a friend about them. Craig sent me a scheduling email immediately after the purchase of the coupon. He was very professional. I purchased an "Angie's Big Deal" 2 hours for $99 coupon. When Orlando arrived, I gave him my fix it list. It was comprised of several little things that my husband couldn't fix and also wanted him to snake the drains.. Orlando completed each task efficiently and with a great attitude. I will definitely be keeping Craig's Plumbing on my radar and wouldn't hesitate to call them again!!

From the first contact to the finished work, this job exemplifies how services should be provided: carefully, thoughtfully, thoroughly, punctually, and with a smile. Craig himself was very helpful in providing advice about purchasing a new faucet, contacted me as promised to set a time for the install, and sent Orlando and Alex out to do the job; they were professional, courteous, arrived a little ahead of when they predicted, left only a little bit of water on the floor when they finished the job, and couldn't have done it better. It's great to have found a plumbing contractor who does it right!

Orlando arrived early and was terrific to deal with. Knew how to fix every issue, listed above. Will definitely use them again.

Craig arrived on time and was wonderful with my 3 year old who greeted him at the door. He got down to business right away and figured out our washing machine had an unusual size for the lines. While the parts were being picked up he checked our new (1 yr) toilet and told us the part that wasn't working could be ordered free from the manufacturer since it was under warranty and showed my husband how to replace the part when it arrived. He also checked a drain and found the clog was right at the plug instead of inside the drain and didn't need to be snaked at all. The entire time Craig was here he was wonderful and made sure to explain everything, including what type of maintenance would keep us from calling his very often. Both my husband and I were very happy (so was my 3 year old) and we have finally found a good plumber we can call when we need service. I would use him again and recommend him to my neighbors.

Craig and his guys are amazing. Both toilets upstairs clogged at the same time, leaving us with one usable toilet downstairs. Alex came out on a Saturday to snake the lines, which was more involved than we first thought, since he removed both toilets to snake each side, with no results. Craig came out the following Monday, and to avoid having to tear apart our house, they installed another clean out line so they could get to the clog. Everything seemed to work fine, but then the downstairs toilet flooded. So the crew came out a third time and ended up cutting into the garage and kitchen ceilings to get to the pipes. They discovered that a crucial joint to our upstairs toilets was installed completely wrong, as were other pipes and the lines to our water heater and furnace. They had to completely re-pipe all the affected sections, and when they did, they discovered what looks like construction debris in the pipes. Needless to say, the original builder of our house must have been an idiot. The incorrectly installed pipes, the debris, and the roots from our neighbor's tree all came together in a confluence of events to clog up all three toilets. Needless to say, We're happy it's over and we can flush without fear. Craig has even called back to check on us a couple of times, to make sure everything's still okay. I'll say it again - these guys are amazing. They're also neat and tidy, and the nicest crew you'll ever meet. Thanks, Craig, Alex, and crew!

I trust their work and they don’t over charge me for anything. They are reliable and extremely honest. They know their job well and do a great job. I like their services and will use the same in future.

The other comments about Craig are right on. In 2003 Craig re-piped our whole duplex with copper and did a terrific job. On this call, beyond installation of the water heater, he and his crew fixed a couple of faucet problems that were due to someone's faulty installation. They also identified piping in the basement with an old-school valve, which they cut out and replaced. I would never have been able to turn off the water to the water heater with that old valve. This is the kind of value they give--they want everything to be right, safe, and easy for you. Even if you don't hire him, be sure to look at his logo. It's priceless.

Craig himself answered his phone promptly, met us promptly to give us an estimate, gave us a very fair price, was able to schedule the work the next day, and completed the work exactly as he said he would. He was very professional and friendly on the phone. Very easy to work with. We were very impressed

I think Craig's plumbing does a fantastic job. This was the second home I have used them for. The prices are competitive (not the cheapest but not over priced at all). You get what you pay for. He and his crew know what they are doing. They get the job done. What I especially like is that you don't hire Craig and get a crew there and never see Craig again. His crew/workers are great. Craig is there to make sure the job is done and his guys know what they are doing and can communicate to you if you have questions. They completed my house and left it clean when they were done. I have more work for Craig to do still. He is a great and honest and reliable plumber.
