Description of Work: Replaced bathroom and kitchen faucets and repaired toilet. Ramon arrived about 30 minutes late "due to traffic." After installing both sink fixtures, I noticed some water leaking from below each of them. Ramon tried to fix but still some residual dripping under both sinks. Also the shut off valve under the bathroom sink snapped off but this was due to corrosion, not to anything the plumber did wrong. I will have the landlord address the the broken valve and the residual leaking issues. All in all, I was satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: They were prompt in coming and pinpointing as to what the problem was. It was a very minor problem and they were very honest about it.

Description of Work: Replacement of a faucet. Complications ensued because the hole in the counter was not big enough to give access to unscrew or tighten the faucet; the sink was also glued down formly which resulted in a need to break the old sink apart in order to accomplish the goal. I had purchased the $99 Big Deal and was willing to add to it to accomplish the goal but the entire 2 hours were used up in 2 visits by Craig's Plubling with no results. Thinking that some credit was still due, I went ahead and scheduled a 3rd visit to accomplish the goal. Unfortunately, they told me that the 2 hour's I had paid for had already been used, which meant I had to pay the $125 per hour for the entire 4 + hours in addition to my $99 "deal". This resulted in an overall cost that was higher than expected. If I had known it would be $125 and hour for 4+ hours, I would have consulted other providers before proceeding.

Description of Work: I had 8 undersink faucet shutoff valves and one toilet shutoff valve and the attached water lines to the fixtures replaced. The total cost was the Big Deal price plus the cost of the parts. All 9 valves were replaced within the 2 hours covered by the Big Deal, and the plumber completely cleaned up everyting after he finished. The plumber told me to check the valves several days later to make sure there were no leaks, because there was a history of some of the new style valves I received not completely sealing on the old style soft copper pipes I had. When I found one valve with a very tiny leak, he came back the same day and fixed the leak at no charge. A second valve developed a tiny leak about one month later, and Craig came out and spent over an hour trying to fix the leak, and when he was unsuccessful, replaced the valve with a new one, all at no charge. I was completely happy with the service, and the prompt, no charge followup. It was a much more pleasant experience than I have had with other plumbers.

Description of Work: I bought the $85 Big Deal for two hours of labor. I ended up having to pay an extra $380 because I exceeded the labor by 1.5 hours plus some parts. Seems a little expensive to me but Chris was responsive and Orlando who he sent was nice and knew what he was doing. I basically needed him to clean up a mess created by a previous inexpensive handyman and who knows what happened before I bought my house. Of course I was told I had all new copper plumbing when I bought the place...Ha!!! Lesson learned; don't use the the home inspector if your realtor is the one who suggests him unless you do a reference check beforehand. I seem to trust these guys and feel I have something that will last and not cause problems in the future. Even though it was expensive, I feel I got my moneys worth and would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Craig arrived EARLY to our appointment and was very thorough and knowledgable about the reason our water was rusty. Although he didnt perform any plumbing services we would definitely use him again should the need arise.
