Catalina Cleans 4 You

Professional,conscientious and thorough.

Bought 8-hour cleaning package. Catalina showed up with two helpers and worked 4 hours; effectively a 50% bonus. They worked hard and did a wide variety of chores from floor mopping to oven cleaning.

The team was on time, they went right to work, were diligient and thorough, I would hire them again!

Scheduling at first was a bit bumpy but they commumicated well and were flexible with scheduling. We were very happy with their work

Great job with cleaning the house. Very friendly and fast. I was very impressed.

It was ok, not as good as I would have done, but ok. My husband said they were punctually and did a fairly good job. They worked the whole time, once they got here they got right to work. I thought it was a fair price.

It turned out fine. She did a good job cleaning. In fact I hired her again, but it took a long time for them to come out. It took about 4 weeks from the time I bought the big deal to when they came out. We kept in touch by phone the day she was coming cause it depended on the client before and the traffic. She always let me know if she was late. She thinks she understands English real well, but I don't think she understands the English very well. I told her to use the flannel sheets with the snowflakes and she used the blue cotton sheets.

It went well but the woman kept saying ' sucio', to herself. My daughter knew this to mean dirty. That is why I called you. My house WAS dirty. This was the first time I ever paid to have my house cleaned. I work 45 hours a week. I support my entire family myself, this housecleaning was a gift to myself for all my hard work and the way that short woman looked at me when I stopped in to make sure payment had been received, it was like she was sizing me up, unfavorably. I was so pleased with the results but I will just clean my own house from now on.

They missed a great deal and were not thorough

It was fine. It was nothing exceptional but it was fine. The price was very good.

They refused to do the job. They had a job in the morning, and another scheduled later after this was supposed to be done. They were incredibly late. They set this appointment two weeks ago. They had no idea how to get to our house, and they had a very poor, unprofessional attitude. They were rude to both my wife and myself. I don't think they should work with Angie's List. The attitude of this company was completely against what normally comes across from other businesses we've found. Scheduling was impossible and unprofessional. Seems like a family business that is poorly run. We wanted to honor the deal for one person for 8 hours, but they refused and sent two people to clean for 4 hours.

It worked out fine. I didn't have to pay more. It was a good deal for the price. I would use their services again if the price was right.

It went fine. I paid additional cost.

It didn't go, they never showed up. They finally called after about a half-hour after they were supposed to be there and said they were still 30 to 40 minutes away. I told them I was canceling due to the tardiness, and they said okay and hung up. To maybe arrive more than an hour of the set appointment time is unacceptable, and my schedule is set. I expect people to do what they agreed to do and anything else is very unprofessional. I guess you get what you pay for. I paid $149.00 and receive no service. I'm not looking for any more cleaning services on-line. I will find someone who can personally recommend a person or service.

Team of three lead by Catalina showed up on time. They cleaned everything, including refrigerator, oven, mirrors -- all the usual items. Catalina was friendly and had a sense of humor, a bonus. They were also helpful in coordinating the cleaning to have the least impact on my Bengal cats. Overall, a fine job.

Changes price on you last minute. She did not clean all that was agreed to and has a horrible attitude.

Catalina was flexible, friendly and helpful in dealing with us being late to meet with her and finding a time to clean our home. They did a great job cleaning our floors, bathrooms, window blinds, kitchen counters, stove, and even dusting the ceiling fans. Would definitely call them again.

They arrived on time. Catalina and Maria were warm and friendly. They worked fast and thoroughly with high standards. I highly recommend their housekeeping.

I called the company and asked to have my housecleaning done on last Friday at noon. I waited until noon and no one called or texted me saying if they were on their way or anything. I called them and left a message, no one picked up. Later that day someone called and said that I should have been told they weren't coming because one person called in sick. Ok, I agreed to reschedule the appointment for Wednesday (today) at noon. I left a text message on Monday asking them to confirm this appointment. No response until Tuesday eve, stating that the appointment is set. This morning I get a call from the person doing the job stating that she is in Palos Verdes and will be at my home in a few minutes, this was about 8:30 a.m. I told her I can not be ready this early that our appointment was for this afternoon not morning. At this she became rude and stated that she had another job this afternoon and was no going to waste her gas running back to my home. I stated that if this be the case I can not use your services, she then stated that if I did not want to use her I can get my money back from your company Angie's List. I have wasted two days dealing with this unprofessional, rude company that does not get it, I wanted my house cleaned and they wasted my time. I would not recommend this company.

They did a wonderful job with the work they did, but I felt that both their scheduling and communications could have been better organized.

I made the appointment last Friday and we were all set. I took the day and planned to be home for the service and they didn't show up. I called and they claimed they did not have my address or phone number and were unable to locate or call me. They claimed to have called Angie's list on Tuesday and were unable to get the information from them, but if they had called, they'd have the confirmation of deal to get the information. Update: After the smoke cleared, they showed up a few hours later and they cleaned my house. The cleaning went alright, but due to the scheduling difficulties, I wouldn't use them again.

I had an okay experience with them. They cleaned. It wasn't as good as I would have liked it to have been but I didn't really stay on them. I just told them what rooms to clean. I prefer the floors to be done a little bit better than they were. When I asked them about doing my patio, she said that wasn't included. They were about 90 minutes late. They're very nice, and they were incredibly fast. They were in and out of my house within two hours.

My home was spotless when they were done. I've hired them to come twice a month. Catalina is organized, a great communicator, punctual and thorough! She's honest and her team works hard and does an outstanding job.

I scheduled the service and spoke with VIcki on 3/26/16 at 10:00 a.m., but nobody showed up. I called Catalina to confirm because her name and number was given to me as the cleaning lady on 3/24 but she didn't want to talk because she said she is at work but promised to call me ones she gets home. Again she didn't call me. Overall, the work didn't happened so I want my money back in the amount of $99.00. I NEED MY MONEY BACK.
