We have had Catalina and her team clean our house for over a year now (2x/ month). She and her team are hard-working, thorough, and truly great humans. I wouldn't trust anyone else to clean our house.

Catalina has been our house cleaner for two years. Not only does she do an incredible job, she is one of my favorite humans. She is efficient, kind, hardworking, cares about my pets and family, and I look forward to seeing her monthly. Her staff is just as efficient and hardworking. They are THE BEST!

We've lived here about six years. I wanted a deep cleaning, but as a surprise for my wife who was going to be out of town. Catalina had asked for a video walkthrough of the house, but I couldn't do it because I didn't want my wife to know I was scheduling it. But Catalina gave me a quote with the understanding that she could change it (or limit the time spent) if she arrived and found it to be more work than described. She arrived early on a Saturday with two other members of her family, did a quick walk through and decided the original quote would be satisfactory. And then they got to work. They worked room by room, pulling all the furniture away from the walls, cleaning under everything. Scrubbing, mopping. I don't want to say we're messy, but they ended up spending 5 hours (that's 3 people x 5 hours) working. In the end, she admitted that it was more work than she expected, but I was very happy with the work and paid her double what she had quoted. My wife was very surprised when she returned, especially with how spotless certain things like the stove was.

Arrived to the area 45 minutes late and could not find the my location. Had to cancel as a result.

It went great! It was our first service. They arrived on time, gave us a quote, were very friendly, and did a great job!

Goes great every time, I've been using Catalina for years and she's always been very trust-worthy, respectful and charming, and she leaves the house looking and smelling clean. Usually comes with 2-3 others, makes the work go faster.

Catalina was highly responsive, followed through, and did a good job. She brought a crew of 4, they paid close attention to our wishes and left the house sparkling. We enjoyed getting to know her. Thank you, Catalina.

Entire house was cleaning, including ceilings, shutters, bathrooms and floors. They were knowledgeable, efficient and very professional. We are looking forward to hiring them again on a monthly basis.

Came right on time and cleaned my small house very well.

It went well, except I paid her the $199 fee (plus tip), and now I just received a bill from American Express showing another $199 charge from Angie's List for the same work. In other words, I have double paid the fee! What gives??? This was not laid out to me at all when I secured the deal and is totally unfair. Now I have to dispute the charge from American Express because Angie's List did not provide me with a scintilla of work or anything else. A total pain in the neck.

2 ladies came to clean. I have a really big old house. .Catalina was the first to move all the furniture & CLEAN UNDER it. I am impressed with her get to it attitude. She knows what to do & does a great job at it. Brings her own products & mop, brooms & vacuum. I am very pleased with her & have had her clean several times.

Catalina's philosophy is that her good work can support others to do their best work, and her goal is to provide happiness through a clean home. It is always a pleasure to enjoy my house and breathe a sign of relief when she and her staff head out the door. They are here right now cleaning up during major construction, plaster dust everywhere, my clothes without a closet. I'm so glad she lightens my load. Catalina has cleaned my house for the last decade; I have recommended her to neighbors and friends, which in itself is a testament to her work.

I would have appreciated it if they would have cleaned the two Bathroom exhaust fans of dust and lint!

It was nice to hear Catalina & her family laugh & enjoy doing their job as a team while they were working & getting the job done in a timely manner.Her & her family were very polite & efficient and I'd hire her again in a heartbeat.

Went great! I loved the way Catalina and her team moved around my home. I could tell they knew what they were doing. She wouldn't leave until I had gone around and inspected their work. They now come regularly.

There will never ever be any more activity on my account. Angie's list is a real scam. I chose Catalina's Cleaners to clean my small one bedroom apartment. They broke my picture frame and left pieces of it all over my apartment and said nothing. They didn't dust everything, refused to clean the refrigerator and oven, insisted I pay for their parking and used my cleaning products. I have been in contact with them several times. Virginia from Catalina's Cleaners said they would come and clean again no charge but they never contacted me after that. I tried to get a refund of the fee I paid for joining Angie's list which was a total waste of money and now I am also out $100 because of you because of your incompetent subcontractors!

They did an okay job but it wasn't great.

Fantastic! Had years of dust and grime in corners and hard to get to surfaces that they managed to clean beyond my expectations. They tackled my floors, cleaned every nook and cranny, moved furniture and piles of books and papers to clean the floor and surfaces throughout. They cleaned my dirty window sills, picture frames, stove, refrigerator, bathroom fixtures and more. I no longer see those dust particles floating in the sunlight. Whole place is clean and healthy and I couldn't be happier!

Catalina and her family are wonderful! I continue to use them once a month for regular cleanings.

Great service. Initially there was not a lot of communication (phone/text) but Catalina and another worker arrived early on the day we agreed on (better than late!). They brought their own products and vacuum, were open to using my products as well, worked hard and did a number of small things previous cleaners didn't attend to, which I appreciated. Would definitely call them again.
