Kenney was transparent about the costs for the project beginning to end. They finished the job within the estimated time. We loved working with Kenny, and would definitely work with him again!

+ -1 moreI was unsure what to expect when hiring a service professional from Angie's List. My experience was excellent! Kenney was responded to my request in a timely manner: when Kenney and Craig showed up, they were professional, respectful, and answered all my questions. After checking the leak, it turned out to only need an adjustment to the faucet: that saved me $, something that they could have charged me more to replace the entire thing. Afterward, Kenney cleaned up the counter, faucet and under the sink. I will definitely hire Burris Brothers Plumbing again.

+ -1 moreKen and his team went above and beyond our expectations, were pleasant and easy to work with, on-time, patient, and never pushy about what needed to be done. We also felt they were fairly priced.
Description of Work: My fiance and I just bought a house. With it came several small jobs and one larger involving our sewer line. I called a few plumbers - all of which were A-rated on Angie's List. One never got back to me, one simply didn't have the time and the other immediately began preparing me to be gouged, explaining how these small problems are indicative of larger, more expensive ones, etc. etc. Ken returned my original phone call within 24 hours and, after receiving a very reasonable quote, we were able to book an appointment with him a few days later. He and his crew were always on time. They were patient with my long list of small jobs and fantastic at explaining what had to be done and why. At no point did my fiance and I feel they were pushy. In fact, we were both under the impression that Ken and his workers were really invested in the quality of their work and making sure we were satisfied with the job. A++ guys. You have a new set of forever-clients.

Took care of the job within an hour at a price that was way, way cheaper than a previous quote, Great company, will use them for anything that comes up plumbing heating wise in our home.
Description of Work: Pipes needed to be reworked under my sink to hook up a garbage disposal.

Mr. Burris was the only plumber who came to see the issue the day before a long weekend. The price was competitive. The details provided were clear and understandable by a lay person.

+ -1 moreI have been using Kenny Burris for years. Only guy I trust with my 1939 floor furnace. Kenny did a rebuild on it for me and it operates smooth as silk. We had some compatibility issues with the new school thermostats. Kenny continued to work on the thermostat issue until it was resolved. Everything is operating in top notch condition now. If you want to keep your old floor furnace Kenny Burris is the guy to call. Professional service and quality work.

They patiently waited until I go and replace the wrong sink. Did not charge me extra for waiting. Three people came to install a sink and faucet. Did an exceptional job. Will definitely hire again and of course refer to all of my real estate clients.

+ -1 moreMr. Burris and his team were very professional. They sent a text to let us know when they were on their way. They arrived 15 minutes ahead of our scheduled appointment time. They completed the work in a clean and expeditious manner. They even went to purchase the parts for us because the parts we purchased in advance were the wrong ones. They replaced the kitchen faucet, put new seals underneath the toilets, replaced the ballcock in one toilet, and installed a new shower fixture. We are so pleased with the work done.

+ -1 moreInitially, I had a garbage disposal leak that needed immediate attention right before the new year. I gave Burris Brothers Plumbing a call and they were able to come by the same day. Services were completed and I thought they did a great job and offered a fair rate (as compared to others that quoted me). I have an old sink, with older fixtures and so about a week later, I found another leak under my sink and immediately called Burris Brothers again. They came out a few days later and made those additional fixes, and also offered great insight. I would definitely hire them again. Ask for Kenney.

+ -1 moreBurris Brothers came out the day I called them and found the cause of the issue about 20 minutes after they arrived. I was happy about the prompt response and diagnosis. Since they didn't have the parts with them and had other jobs scheduled they came back the next day and fixed the issue in about 30 minutes. They were professional and competent. They explained the issue before hand and showed me the what was wrong by showing me the parts they removed after the work was done. I would hire them again. The only reason I gave a B with price was because Burris Brothers were the only plumbers that showed up to give me an estimate so I had no other estimates to compare. However, note that Burris Brothers were the ONLY ones to show up after calling 3 different Angie's List Plumbers.
Description of Work: I hired Burris Brothers to find the cause of a pool of water underneath an addition bathroom and then fix it. The cause was a jetted tub overflow was not connected to the drain under the house causing water to pool whenever the drain was full with other water.
