Kenny and Ralph were very punctual and courteous. They went straight to work and assessed the old plumbing that was already in place. It required them to break the concrete pad that was put under the tub which took some sledgehammering. At the end they were very tidy and cleaned up after everything that had broken off which I greatly appreciate. Overall solid work!

Kenny and the entire team have been incredibly responsive, punctual and professional on all three occasions I have used their services in the last few weeks. When our water heater at our catering kitchen broke down, it was an absolute emergency - it was fix quickly or shut down the operation for an entire day. They were there within an hour and got us up and running within a few hours. They understood the urgency of the matter and made sure we were taken care of quickly. They have been a delight to work with and I absolutely recommend Burris Brothers Plumbing.

Burris Brothers Plumbing is the BEST. We have worked with Kenny Burris for years on multiple rental properties. He is very professional, patient and honest. He is quick to diagnose and make the repair. Kenny has done plumbing, heating and water heaters for us for years. When you call for an appointment, he arrives quickly and gets the job done. Kenny has "saved" us on many occasions. Last week, we had an inspection in the morning and the heater would not turn on. Kenny arrived within a half hour, repaired the heater and the house passed inspection. Burris Brothers is our "go to" plumber. I cannot recommend Burris Brothers Plumbing enough.

Excellent! Quick. Kenney is very knowledgeable and honest. Helped me understand what was going on with the water softener as well as other options regarding repair/replacement/disposal. I called him Wednesday afternoon. He was at my house an hour later to assess and provide an estimate. He returned first thing next morning to complete the job. Quickest, most responsive company of all that I reached out to. Also very professional.

Ken was able to promptly replace the part that needed to be changed out. Ken has done a number of plumbing jobs for us, including leaking faucets and backed up pipes. Prior to using Burris Brothers, we went through a half dozen different plumbers who we never really felt like calling back. But Ken has worked for our neighbor over 20 years and the referral was greatly appreciated.

It went great. My mom purchased a new fridge which could not be installed due to a damaged water line. I called Burris Brothers today and someone picked up right away. They sent a couple of workers out immediately and they arrived at my mom's house within the hour. My mom said they were courteous, efficient, and handsome. She was thrilled. We have found our new plumbers. The cost was reasonable too. Thank you Kenny and staff.

Kenny and his staff has always been professional, efficient and straight forward on the cost of a project, your options and the time involved. Since we started using Burris Brothers they are the only company we use for our plumbing and heating services.

I especially appreciated the patience the Burris Brothers crew exhibited. As a woman, I had very little knowledge of how plumbing and pipes work. Mr. Burris carefully answered all my questions, and made sure I completely understood what was going on throughout the complete project. As I needed clarification, clarification was provided. The work itself was executed with quality and professionalism. The end result was a noticeable difference in my water pressure and a completely new system. The crew was equally as helpful. They were very polite and mindful of all operations of this project. They were careful while working inside of my hope with the least amount of disruption while working on the interior of my home. Mr. Burris came in with his staff and removed the toilet, ran a snake through the line and resolved the problem, all in an hour and a half.

Mr. Burris responded to my home quickly, diagnosed the problem and ran a new gas line under concrete patio and walk ways to the back house. I was very pleased with his and his staff work and they were very pleasant to work with.

It went excellent! After leaving a message regarding our issue with our gas and hot water not working, I received a call back promptly. The gentleman who I and my husband spoke to assisted and guided us over the phone with fixing our gas and hot water malfunction. He could have easily came to our house charging us for a service to address these issues but instead was patient and considerate enough to assist us with rectifying the issue over the phone. We were very happy and grateful that our issue was addressed. We will definitely contact the Burris Brothers for service should we encounter any plumbing issues regardless if it is a quick fix or not. Thankful that we now have them as a resource and certainly will recommend to others.

MR. KENNY IS A GREAT PLUMBER AND HAS GOOD PRICES. HE WAS ON TIME AND NICE. HE ALSO CHECKED MY OTHER TOILET TO MAKE SURE IT IS OK, AND I WOULD NOT HAVE TO CALL HIM BACK. HIS PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND HE IS A COMPANY THAT IF YOU KEEP USING HE WILL GIVE A DISCOUNT.
