It was a tricky job. They had to cover the flat surface which was curved in a half circle and cover the curved space between the floor and the hearth. It didn't quite fit on the first try and they redid the parts that didn't fit right, then came back to make it look finished.

After some initial misunderstanding regarding the placements of the joins, everything went very well. Shelley , who works in the office, was very helpful in getting the Zodiaq installed within a specific time frame. The crew installing the product was professional and worked quickly to get everything done. I highly recommend them and would certainly use them again.

They knew my budget was tight, and they were willing to work with me. I spoke to Shelly, and she quickly put together a quote for me. I wanted expensive on the cheap, of course.... They were installed in about two weeks after their employee came out to take measurements, and they look absolutely gorgeous. They managed to use remnants that they had at the warehouse for the smaller areas like the desk, etc., which definitely helped to help cut the total cost for me. They managed to deliver my beautiful (bright white) Caesarstone Countertops without any problems at all!

These people provided me with excellent service!! They were prompt, on time for all appointments and did a fantastic job. I have now hired them to regrout and clean up the tile counters in my kitchen. They lived up to all the positive reviews they received on Angie's list.

Eddie at Best Way responded quickly to our request, delivered a fair and detailed estimate, and followed up with helpful suggestions and information. Unfortunately, we were not able to proceed with this remodel; Best Way reacted professionally to this news, and I would not hesitate to contact them about any future projects.

The work was completed in the amount of time stated. The finished products were beautiful and I will definitely use them in the future. Very professional and very eager to answer any and all questions regarding their products.

I had noticed this company off the Santa Ana Freeway during my commute to and from work, when planning a kitchen remodel. Although they did not have the huge selection available at bigger yards in Orange County, we were able to find stone we wanted, and their price, customer care, and workmanship were very good. On the kitchen granite counters, one had to be re-cut to fit correctly, and this was done without objection or increase in price. Cuts and joints between slabs were skillfully done, with good attention to matching grain. Although there was a long time between picking the slab of marble we wanted, and readiness of the job for installation, they patiently kept the slab we wanted.

It was a great pleasure to deal with this company. Don't be put off by the price. What I got for the price was great. I had them do 3 counter tops in my kitchen. They have wholesale granite and don't charge you by the slab. They just measure and give you what you need. The choices were good too. I went to the granite yard a few times to pick out granite and that was worth the trip. The neat thing is that they give you samples to take back home too. They were very professional and clean. When one area didn't turn out so well, they went back to the shop and made another piece and took the old one off. George was very easy to deal with and Xavier was the main guy on the job. I know that granite is expensive and people get charged by the slab, then you need a fabricator, then you need an installer. But they were one-stop shopping and I liked that, since I didn't use an contractor.

I WAS SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE. THEIR COST FOR THE SERVICE WAS FAIR. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. THEIR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WERE RESPONSIVE TO MY NEEDS AND REQUESTS. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL IN ARRIVING AT THE JOB. I FOUND THEIR PROFESSIONALISM MOST SATISFACTORY.
