I contacted 4 companies to do the countertops. Carl Palma at Best Waty Marble was the most responsive, helpful and least expensive of the the four companies. They arrived when they said they would and did the work.

Terrific! On time and finished in timely manner.

I cannot say enough good things about Eddie and Best Way Marble. Hands down, the best experience I've ever had working with a vendor. From the moment I contacted them they went above and beyond. Eddie started by doing a consultation on a Sunday morning just to fit my schedule. Once we picked out the stone, the sinks, and scheduled the timeline, it was all incredibly seamless. I didn't have to lift a finger and Eddie took care of everything! I'm not the most construction savvy and Eddie walked me through everything. The demolition was completed in one day and when I returned home from work, everything was just as spotless as when I left. You literally couldn't even tell that they had been there that day demoing everything. The installation was perfect too. He scheduled and his crew was there on time and ready to go. They didn't miss a beat. It was completed in two days without any kinks and everything that he promised was delivered. Even at the end when I had trouble installing my outlets back into place, Eddie sent out his team and handled everything for me. I have to say that working with Eddie and his crew made construction enjoyable. Now I can sit back and enjoy my new kitchen and bathroom counter tops and sinks. A+ and would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I explained the job, removing a few small light scratches from a marble vanity countertop and backsplash, to a representative. She told me that they would charge $45 an hour and that these jobs normally take 2 to 3 hours. The price sounded reasonable to me, so I drove my countertop and backsplash one hour to their shop to have the work done. Upon arriving, they explained that the job would take 5 to 6 hours, doubling the price from what they had originally said. I ended up hiring a different company through Angles List that completed the job in one hour and charged substantially less than Best Way Marble and Tile would have. I would not hire Best Way Marble and Tile again because they do not seem honest with their pricing.

They have a nice showroom where you can look through many manufacturers to find out what cost and type of stone you would like. Crys was very professional and patient throughout the entire process of estimates and installations. The installers were very friendly and did a very nice job. We asked for a couple of changes during the installation and they accomodated us without hesitation.

Tech arrived on time, took proper steps to keep the kitchen clean, and also removed all materials when finished. Very satisfied.

AMAZING! I was in a real panic when I spoke to Chris at Best Way. We had a contractor install new quartz countertops in our condo as we were doing some updating before selling it. However, the contractor was unable to finish the job and left us with countertops with no holes for a sink or cook top! I called Best Way and Chris listened to my problem (probably noting the panic in my voice) and said he would call me back with an estimate and a time frame. Not even twenty minutes later he called me back and said they could start in an hour THAT DAY! Miguel and another man (so sorry I didn't catch his name!) arrived less than an hour after I hung up with Chris, perfectly on time. They were professional, nice, considerate, knowledgeable and cleaned the workspace afterward. It's not easy to cut those holes in countertops that have already been installed but they handled the challenge adeptly and in less than two hours had fixed our problem. It was so refreshing to work with a company that was responsive, professional and GOOD at what they do! What I didn't tell Chris when I spoke to him is that we just bought a house and will be redoing that kitchen in the next year or so- I can't wait to work with Best Way again on that project. If they handle a planned project with the same professionalism and skill that they handled my emergency project I can only imagine how good of an experience it will be. After consulting with Best Way Marble at their location and choosing samples Dennis drove to our job site to measure and provided additional samples. Gave us a date for installation which was met. We had two kitchens in a duplex that needed countertops. They sent two teams so installaation of both could be completed in one day. Very much appreciated. Installers arrived on time set up promptly and went to work. They were considerate of our questions and concerns. They left everything in a clean and top notch condition. I am very pleased with the experience and outcome.

Will use again and recommend to others.

It went well and looks great! I'm very happy with the workmanship and very happy that the marble was cut perfectly and didn't break. It's better than I had imagined it would look! Eddie provided a detailed estimate and the workers followed up with excellent work. My only complaint was they left the kitchen and outdoor work area extremely dusty and left some trash in the yard. Otherwise, they were polite and explained everything well and did a perfect job.

The owner and his wife were very helpful in selecting the countertops. When the first selection arrived I was contacted and informed the material did not match the sample, and when I went back to their shop they assisted me in selecting another. They were very professional. Their workers are wonderful. The work was completed on time and everything turned out beautiful. I would use them again.

Best Way, Eddie and his team for this kitchen/ master bath were fantastic. We were given several options in each area that was redone. Eddie and his team worked well within our budget and his team of installers were very professional, courteous of our time and as well advised us on a few areas of the cosmetic pieces that we had not thought of, they gave us very insightful insight into the pattern of our back splash. Eddie worked with us on extending our middle Island and it is now our favorite area of the kitchen as it has become a center piece for us to talk, prepare, cook and eat with enough room for us to stand and sit while we have our dinners, snacks, etc. . They honored every single item we discussed and was in our working contract. This was a great referrall from Debbie Henry and her Husband from their great experience from Best way doing their kitchen remodel. I would recommend Best way to any friend, relative, etc. Eddie and his team were awesome and we only wish we would have found them sooner as we would not have waited 18 yrs to redo our kitchen and master bath (LOL) But again, Eddie and his team did a great job and we love our kitchen again!!

A written quote which broke down thin granite work to $900.00 and the tile work to $650.00 was given. We contacted Eddie and asked if it was possible to negotiate a better price. We were told he would check with his boss. We did not hear back regarding this question so we initiated a call to Eddie to ask if we could just have the granite work done. We were told the price was now $100 more. This was irritating and highly unprofessional. We decided we wanted nothing to do with this company, and emailed Eddie our disinterest in dealing with such a disreputable dishonest contractor. UPDATE: I just want to respond to the comment which was left. We did not change the work ever from the time the quote was written to our last contact. We did ask for a better price, but the company is lying when they say we changed the work which would be done. We don't ever deal with dishonest contractors.

For me the project started in February when I stopped by the showroom. Shelley was great at explaining the various options available. Eddie was patient - as I had to put the project on hold for a short bit. The plan we put together to get the job done was ideal for me. Best Way displays a high degree of professionalism and really does want the customer to be satisfied. Even having the new counter tops in for a few months, the project turned out better than anticipated. There is no doubt Best Way Marble is truly a customer driven company. They are clearly on a very short list of service companies in the So. Cal. market that want to help you complete your project with a high degree of satisfaction.

Chris and his staff did the most excellent job for us. He picked up the two slabs of granite from a granite yard and was able to fit all the counters into two slabs as opposed to three slabs that were estimated by other fabricators. He communicated with us in every step, keeping us informed. When there was a question, he would call and also send photos to effectively help us understand the issue or recommendation. The demolition was done on Tuesday and the installation of the new counters was done the next day on Wednesday. The crews arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. They worked well together and took their time in doing the job correctly. I had gotten three estimates from fabricators and Best Way was by far the best as far as pricing, what they could do, and timeliness in doing the job. I had wanted mitred edges with a 4 inch radius corner on the breakfast bar. One other fabricator told me it couldn't be done. Best Way was able to do this. They also did a great job with the two undermount sink edges that were quite tricky. They did a great job maximizing the bueaty of the stone in the cut outs. I can't say enough good things about the service and results from Best Way. AAAAAA+++++++++++++ Best Way will be installing the backsplash when it arrives. They are wonderful to do business with.

The kitchen was the final phase of a new purchase remodel. While the kitchen was originally the focal point it ended up being the last project we finished and all we hoped for was to find a company that was reasonable, easy to work with and held up to their promises. We were pleasantly surprised to know our initial meeting was with the owner Eddie. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. The countertops came from GA and required extended fabrication, Eddie personally communicated updates and was available via all methods of communication (email, call, text) throughout the entire project even responding on Father's Day! The crew were all professional with their communication and overall appearance. Again I was surprised when Eddie's son was on the job. Typically I wouldn't leave a work crew unsupervised with my wife and kids home but since I met Eddie the owner and his son was working on the project I felt comfortable. The project was a total of 4 days including a working Saturday which was a huge shock. Eddie and his crew were extremely flexible coming in on Saturday to finish the job at my request. When the guys showed up on Saturday I didn't know what to expect, I was happy when they arrived ready to work and Saturday wasn't a problem for them. Overall the quality of work was A+. The crew left the kitchen clean after each work day, took necessary precautions for the new flooring and recently finished cabinets. I was truly impressed with the final outcome and couldn't have asked for a better finished product. Before deciding to go with Best Way I met with 4 other companies. Some were equally good experiences and 1 was horrible. Best Way came in with pricing in line with the other companies but I was sold on the Eddie the owner coming out for the initial quote. He wasn't overbearing and made the decision very easy. Payment terms were great with a deposit and balance due on completion so I felt comfortable I was going with an honest business. I was surprised when Eddie gave me options on material sourcing and provided reasonable quotes if his crew picked up the backsplash and also provided a quote to purchase the same material from him. Overall I have absolutely no complaints on the services provided, communication and professionalism. I highly recommend Best Way and plan to use this company in the future when its time to remodel the master bathroom.

Owners Shelley and Eddie were delightfully pleasant and responsive to all questions; installer Miguel was careful and did an excellent job.

It went very well - upon walking into the store, they were very professional, provided an estimate of the service, based on our needs, and clearly explained how it would look, the edging, and how it would be fabricated. Showed us the stone that we were looking at and was in their stoneyard. Came out to the house on a day that was convienent for me and created a template of the countertop for the pass thru. Again clearly explained what it would look like, and how long it would take to create. Took the time estimated to create the countertop, and cost was as expected, it looks great in the house, wish we knew about best way marble sooner.

The crew was wonderful. They were prompt, helpful in answering all my questions and very professional. The price was reasonable and the job was completed on time.

I started by searching Angies List. I called this place and spoke with Chris. I let him know I was planning on renting my place I need to replace a counter top with a remnant. He took my information and gave me a quote over the phone. i was amazed since most businesses want you to come in. I scheduled a time and went to look at remnant pieces. His quote on the phone was about right. We scheduled a date to do the work and the crew came on time. The work was done in about 3 hours. They were professional and courteous. I am very happy with the work done. I will be coming back once we purchase our new home. No trying to sell me up. They simply tried to help me find exactly what I wanted. They never tried to get more out of me. A true salesman.

Everything went very smoothly and effortlessly and the entire process only took a couple of weeks. Eddie was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and came out to our house to give an estimate right away. We were able to pick out some very nice pieces of marble at their shop so it was very easy and the results are beautiful. Both Eddie and Shelley were professional, responsive and easy to work with. I wish every project went this well!

Fantastic - absolutely would recommend. Price shopped, these guys were the lowest, and based on the reviews I felt confident they'd do good work. They did great work, countertop looks fantastic, will certainly use again!

Everything went extremely well. Shelley coordinated the job via e-mail. The problem had to do with the area becoming unstable because the drill hole for the faucet was at the site of the seam between the two large pieces of marble counter top. The seam broke, marble cracked, and it was just falling apart. I e-mailed pictures, she assessed the problem, proposed a solution, recognized the exact marble type which Best Way had in their warehouse. She sent out two highly skilled craftsmen who spent nearly the entire day doing a picture-perfect job. Our plumber reassembled the faucet, hot water dispenser, drain and it looks better than new. The seams are now at either end of the sink, the faucet, etc. are in stable solid marble, and the finish work on the job is superb. Shelley made a follow-up call to verify that all went well. I know that this was a small job for them, but they clearly take their work very seriously. When I'm ready to change from marble, which is high-maintenance, to another counter top, I would definitely call upon this company. Superb customer service and attention to technical detail.

I had a great experience with Best-Way Marble. We found them via AngiesList, we did some price research and Best-Way was also the ?Best-Price?! Given that they're also one of the few stone fabricators out there who seem to get consistently good reviews, we decided to give them a try. My wife originally met with Eddie for pricing, and then Chris came out to our house for the measurements and to go through the options and finalize the details. Chris kept in touch through-out the process via email, giving us updates on the timeline and clarifying all the details and finish options - which was great. We ordered a ½ slab of Ceasarstone, mounted on plywood, with two undermount sinks we provided to be attached. We were originally given a 2 week turnaround, but they beat that, and finished the install today, a few days early, and just in time for the holidays! The installers were first class - polite, clean, and really did a fantastic job. They arrived with the main part of the stone cut and ready, and then worked diligently on-site, making adjustments so that everything looked perfect. I can?t image anyone doing better work. We have another bathroom and a kitchen to re-do in 18months time, and I?ll know exactly who to call for our stone work. I would definitely recommend Best-Way Marble to anyone!

Great experience with Best way from start to finish. Emailed countertop spec to Shelley and was prompt in receiving a quote. The price was reasonable, but I chose them mainly because of responsiveness and easy to communicate. Javier came out to take out the old countertop, replaced plywood underlayment, and take measurements. Since I requested the main L shaped piece to be seamless, I paid add'l labor to carry in the main piece. In 2 wks, Miguel came with a crew of 3 for the install. It was indeed heavy but they had no problem installing it. It took them the whole morning, and the finish came out perfect. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
