Description of Work: My experience here was superb throughout. The co-owner taking my call was courteous and precise. The two movers -- Rafael and Erik -- were punctual, highly efficient and clearly experienced. Some of the pieces moved were difficult: an armoire up two flights of stairs with low ceilings and small landings; a heavy and awkwardly shaped piece of prototyping equipment. Rafael and Erik assessed the task carefully and then with great energy and even bravery completed it. Not a scratch or significant bump anywhere. My highest recommendation.

Description of Work: Two male movers from this company moved the furnishings from my one-bedroom beach cottage to a 1.5 room apartment in Bel Air. They were conscientious and even gave me some tips for arranging the furniture! I would definitely use their moving services again. One of the movers was a very kind British man in his 40's.

Description of Work: The name says it all – This is truly A BETTER WAY TO MOVE. I have moved 4 times in the last 10 years and I have to say that this is the best experience I have ever had with a moving company. I first called to ask for a quote my questions were answered professionally, there were a few things that the gentleman could not answer, but took my number and Vendel called me back promptly and I scheduled the move 2 weeks out. The morning of the move Paul, Miguel, Alfonso & Jamie arrived and got to work immediately. They were helpful, friendly and super professional. Everything in the 2 bedroom house was in the truck and ready to go faster than I could believe. I also had a lot of outdoor furniture, and an entire garage of heavy objects. In addition I have a 14ft. tree in a concrete planter; this tree is huge, heavy and holds sentimental value to me. I honestly cannot say enough about this company. Everyone involved was completely wonderful. These guys were fast, professional and awesome.

Description of Work: They moved us from a house that is 48 steps up from street level. They were very friendly, respectful and professional. They didn't complain about the stairs even though we have a lot of heavy furniture. They arrived on time and finished the job on schedule.
