Description of Work: They repaired the plumbing to my vintage sink after I had it refinished. Their estimate was higher than the actual final bill. They ordered a part to match up my drain cover with the older vintage faucet set. They were clean, pleasant and even helped my neighbor when her awning blew over.

Description of Work: We had to have a LOT of plumbing work done... too complicated to explain here. We used Family Plumber for a smaller job about a year ago, and we decided to have them do the work this time as well. The job required them to be here for six days. All of the workers were respectful and professional in all they did. It appears that they did an excellent job. We would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: They were contracted to install a new water heater and an earthquake valve. They arrived about 20 minutes late. The work went fine until they damaged the door to the water heater closet. They got in their truck and left without pointing the problem out to me. I found it when I went to look at the work. I called the installer and got no answer on his cell phone so I called the office. They got in touch with the installer and he returned promptly. They retrieved the broken piece from where they had thrown it in the trash and repaired the door frame.

Description of Work: Replaced a 10.00 toilet tank rubber stopper. Took less than 8 minutes. But they charge 95.00 per hour for labor. So I got took on this one. Should have had my neighbor do it for free. But overall I like this company, The Family Plumber. I usually get the same technician, Josh, and they are always on time, friendly, and get the work done. I have used them several times to snake out the main sewer line. They always do a good job on that.
