Description of Work: I called "The Family Plumber" when I discovered water leaking from my ceiling. I called late in the day but they fit me in their schedule. After reviewing my problem they discovered it was not a plumbing problem, like a leaking pipe. At the time I was not charged a fee for this diagnosis, I was to wait and see if the leaking continued, after a few days we realized that it was a grout problem. We replaced the grout and the leak was fixed. |I appreciate their honesty, and the quick response. I would call them if I have a plumbing need in the future.

I called late in the afternoon and they were able to get to my house by 4:30- short notice, and they were very professional, thorough, clean and efficient. |They were out of there in time for me to prep dinner! I have used their service again for a different project. I highly recommend this provider.

Description of Work: This was the best customer service I have ever received. The individual set up an appointment, quoting prices and connected with me daily until the service was provided (two days). Besides confirming with me the morning they were to come, I received a call telling me they were on their way! The two gentlemen were efficient and thorough. I am very pleased with this service and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I read the previous review to mine and I have to say Josh is a superstar. I had another plumber attempt to fix the problem the previous week and he failed miserably. I logged onto Angieslist, read The Family Plumber reviews and gave them a call. The office called me and said they could be there an hour earlier than the appointed time. I agreed. Josh was there on the button completed the work with a smile on his face and pleasant conversation. He finished in 15 minutes and I was extremely happy with his professionalism. The price was reasonable plus my Angieslist coupon. The Family Plumber is in my phone book from now on.
