+ -1 moreVery responsive and professional. Even though they had not done the initial installation and it wasn't their brand, they repaired the screen that my dog had run through. Greg removed the roller housing and reattached the screen to the roller. He also vacuumed the track and sprayed silicone.

+ 0 moreI have used them several times in the past when my cat has clawed the screen to the point that it's no longer useful. I called and discussed the cat situation and he suggested Tuff Screen or another more durable product that would provide less ventilation. He noted that his cat has not been able to wreck the Tuff Screen. They came on a Wednesday and removed the screen and then came back Saturday to replace it. I was not home either time, but they called when they came to find out if it was OK to take the screen and then when they were on their way Saturday. I was leaving, but left a check for them. Door looks great. Now we'll see what the cat can do to it!

+ -1 moreSince it was such a small job, price quoted over phone was minimum charge for service call. Set appt. time within a 2-hour window and the two reps arrived during the set time. One measured the window frame and went out to the truck and made a new frame & screen while the other person worked on the track for the door. He not only installed the two missing bolts and put little covers over them, he also had a small heavy duty vacuum with him and vacuumed the track. As an added bonus, he vacuumed the track for the other door -- which I had not requested, but really appreciated. The new window snapped very securely in place and is a perfect fit. Excellent work and very professional. I'm happy to recommend them!
Description of Work: Needed a new 48" square screen window to replace an old one that had never fit properly (duct taped to hold it in). Also, needed to secure the bottom track on one screen door that had not been installed properly -- two bolts were missing and the door was halfway out of its track.
