The representative arrived on time. I even received a call to inform me they were on their way. This is a very professional company from the initial start of me making the first contact. Emails were flowing with appropriate details about the cost, appt date/time, etc. Then there's a work order generated, there's an invoiced email and receipt. This is company is very professional and I'm willing to use them again and again for future needs. I highly recommend.

Greg from Screenmobile was great to deal with from beginning to end. The service provided couldn't have gone any better. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The communication throughout the whole process was exactly what should be expected from any company that you pay for the service they provide. I ordered the GUARDA brand security screen (which I highly recommend) and also a "standard" steel door, but not the standard size. Because the steel door wasn't the standard size, there was a little bit of a wait (~ 1 month), but Greg was up front with the time line and I appreciated that. He also was able to accommodate my schedule and come out for the estimate and installation during the time he normally doesn't. Greg takes pride in the work he does because the installation was perfect for both doors. He was able to address concerns about both types of doors and I couldn't have been more satisfied. Although there was a mistake made with the manufacturing side of the Guarda door, he was able to remedy the problem with the company rather than try to make a quick fix with the installation. I always prefer "small businesses" rather than big box stores because of the extra mile they are willing to go in customer service. You won't be disappointed with the service and knowledge from Greg at ScreenMobile.

Greg arrived 3 minutes early for our 8 AM appointment, which I really appreciated. He and his associate were very pleasant and professional. I was really surprised at the efficiency with which they accomplished the work on both screen doors- just over an hour! They were tolerant of our exuberant dogs, which I tried to isolate them from so they could work in peace. What I didn't realize until later was that they had not secured the gate, nor told me they'd simply left it ajar with a brick to prevent it from swinging wide.Still, Iit was enough for the dogs to get out. Thankfully, I noticed that it was open (about a foot) later that afternoon, and by some good fortune, the dogs had syayed in the yard. But this kind of carelessness could have resulted in heartbreak. I think their work quality (materials, workmanship) is excellent, but found the price higher than anticipated (to be fair, I did not comparison shop, so the cost may be quite reasonable). We are happy with the result, but the gate oversight is a deal breaker for us.

Greg Reedy was punctual and very professional in his work. He was patient in explaining to us the difference of the cost versus the quality of the types of sliding doors. We are very happy with his work.

We used Screenmobile to replace/rescreen 7 window screens. Greg returned my email within 24 hours and gave us an estimate and approximate date he could do the work. All initial communication was done over email and as the appointment got closer Greg verified everything with a phone call. In his emails Greg was upfront that his next available appointment was not for 3 to 4 weeks and he would completely understand if we went with someone else. He explained because he was the owner/operator and he had a large area to cover his calendar fills quickly. On the day he was to do the work Greg was on time and surveyed the work to be done. Once the survey was done he completed the job in about 1 hour. Over all we are very happy, the quality of the screens are much better than what we got from the local hardware store.

Greg arrived when he said he would, reviewed clearly the installation and options with me and returned two weeks later to install the screens. He arrived on time and completed the job as promised. There was absolutely clean up after he completed the work. The job could no have gone better. I highly recommend this business.

He was here on time, he did a fast job and I was going to have one screen door done and then I noticed a repair in two other doors. He was able to do those as well.

I have a StowAway hiding screen door that has been getting more difficult to use as the years wore on. It was no longer opening completely and was slow to open even the small distance it did. I contacted Greg Reedy (ScreenMobile) who made an appointment at my convenience to diagnosis and repair the problem. He was punctual in arriving and even called about 20 minutes prior to the appointment to let me know that he was in route. ON arrival he quickly removed, dismantled, repaired and re-installed the entire screen door mechanism. And his final price was $10 less than he had quoted. You can not beat that kind of service. I will be using Greg in the future and I will let my neighbors know what a great resource we have in him. Thanks Greg!!

eonard of Screen Mobile showed up on time and gave me the estimate as requested. The Guarda screen door is truly amazing but extremely expensive. That being said, I checked with a couple of other companies whose prices were higher. So if I do decide to purchase the door I will go with Screen Mobile.

Greg arrived on time and took the sliding screen down to his truck. He replaced the screen and put on new rollers. Took less than half hour. Easy and efficient.

Greg is very professional and kept us informed along the way. Very clean and hard workers.

Made contact thru Angies List. Answered call right away, was able to see job next day, provider schedule time with tenants, and by 11:30 next day text came thru from provider that job was done and please call with any questions. When work was inspected later that day, the job was well done, no mess, good, strong , straight screen door now working was in place. Much better qualityr than an "HD" one size fits all screen. Great to have a contractor handle the whole job, from setting appointment to determining what is needed, to implementing the repair. Will definitely use again.

Originally called Screenmobile to re-screen a window and a sliding screen on a sliding glass door. Spent a little time on their website and saw that they also install GUARDA Protective Security Screen products. Spoke with the owner Greg and he invited me to his shop where the GUARDA product could be seen. Always wanted security screens but hated the look. The GUARDA product looks nothing like security screens. Just looks like a well fitted high end screen door. I was sold so Greg measured and ordered three of them. In the meantime, Greg helped with a window latch problem I had had for a couple of years. He took care of that problem for me and provided me with a long term solution! The screen doors arrived and installation day was fantastic. Antiseptic, professional installation and the end product is better than expected! Screenmobile is my go-to place from now on. Oh and yeah, Greg did re-screen a window too! PERFECT!

Screenmobile folks were able to schedule an appointment with us about a week after our initial call. We described, in general terms, the scope of the job, and they were prepared to complete the work onsite the same day as our appointment. They were prompt, professional, and performed all work perfectly.

Greg and his helper, CJ were on time, very professional, and personable. They walked the job with me and provided a written quote prior to doing the work. They were not the cheapest, but I feel that the pricing was very good for the quality of work that was performed. They worked very fast and finished the job quickly. The provider was prompt and on time at the scheduled day/time. He worked fast, answered my questions, confirmed and test the "working" condition of the new screen provided. The entire experience went well and I will use their services again when needed.

Greg arrived on time and removed the screen door with no problems. He took it to his truck where he did the work, the re-hung the screen door. The work was completed in under 30 minutes. The price was a little high in my opinion, but the service was great, the provider was punctual, and hopefully the screen won't get ripped up by our cats!

Screenmobile had installed our security screen door several years back, so I called them when the screen had some tears in it. I got an appointment within a week, the repairman came promptly (and called ahead), and replaced the screen within about 20 minutes. The price was what I had been quoted plus sales tax.
