Professional Cleaning

The first time they came they were late, took a long time and after they left they came to my house to ask for more money, asking me to call the owner and that I owed them more money. The price was decided with the owner prior to the service?! The owner was apologetic and always polite but there was always some sort of confusion on time, date and cost. The work was quality but I decided to find someone more reliable.

Excellent service. Provided list to cleaners and they completed everything on the list.

They did an excellent job of cleaning. They mopped and scrubbed the kitchen and bath floors vacuumed the carpet, cleaned all countertops, stove top and microwave, dusted and left everything looking and smelling clean. The staff were professional and have an excellent work ethic. I was very pleased and would definitely work with them again.

This company cleaned my house and it's never looked better! They got right to work and were respectful of our home while they scrubbed and polished it! I am Very happy with this service!

They did a stella job kitchen was flawless, bathroom was also they cleaned the showers and removed all the soap scum that appeared to how to remove, needed special attention and they gave it. Will have them again.

It went great! Three delightful women arrived on time and took right to work. They did an outstanding job. Lime removed from plumbing fixtures and shower doors like I've never seen. The place was perfect afterward.

I found the team to be very professional with focusing on the work to be done. (they even mailed a letter I had on the top of my counter!)

Professional Cleaners were very professional! I was forced to cancel twice but Donna was extremely courteous and accommodated me. The cleaners were on time and did an outstanding job! For the first time I felt I did not have to supervise or watch what the cleaners were doing! My house was immaculate when they were finished! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

They showed up on time, were very polite and professional. I told them my priorities were the bathrooms, the tile floors and the kitchen. The bathrooms sparkled when they were done, even the hard to clean grout in the shower tile. The floors and kitchen were done very well too. After the initial cleaning, I hired them to come once a week. Everything has been fine. (and very clean)

The services went very well. They sent two cleaners to the home. They worked very hard.

They are very conscientious. They take directions well. We have a lot of antiques and complicated objects that they have never damaged. They are consistent so that we do not have to re-orient them to the clocks/antiques. We have been with them almost a year and are very happy.

The two cleaners arrived a few minutes earlier than expected and began working right away. they were very thorough and professional...very friendly.

Upon arrival I was asked (literally) if they should dust? Instead of sweeping the stairs, vacuuming and mopping, they wiped the stairs with a rag, without washing the side board along the stair case or the painted service above each step. They didn't wipe any floor boards down and the surfaces they mopped were not uniformly clean. My house smelled like old rag when they left. Horrible job. Was considering them for regular service, the service I received ended any further consideration.

Professional Cleaning was amazing! They worked hard and cleaned every crevice in my house - including cobwebs! HIghly recommend them for any job!

I bought this deal for my mother who has never had her home professionally cleaned. From what she told me, they thoroughly cleaned 3 bathrooms and the kitchen. She was happy with their work. The only downside was that the 2 women who came to clean spoke very little English so communication was sometimes a little difficult when my mother had questions like "what kind of detergent are you using?". So we ended up calling the main office number, and received a call back within an hour to answer her question. Otherwise, everything else went fine!

I asked the cleaners to concentrate on the bathrooms and kitchens and they did an excellent job! I also asked for dusting and mopping of floors. Very satisfied with their work! They had me go over each room to see if there was anything that was not satisfactory. They were professional, fast, and very thorough. I really appreciated their attention to detail! Two women came that kept speaking Spanish the entire time. I told them at the very beginning that my main concern was to have all the floors cleaned. One of them spent the entire time cleaning my kitchen cabinets and moving items so we couldn't find them. I found it very frustrating to have people who either didn't understand what I asked of them or just didn't care. Suffice it to say that they did not clean all of my floors which could have easily been done in half the time. I would not hire them again.

The (2) ladies arrived on time and got right to work. We just recently moved out of our property to make it a rental and they came and did an amazing job. They cleaned the refrigerator, stove, cabinets, vacuumed, bathrooms and even was was going to clean our plantation shutters. Donna the owner was very pleasant and accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help to keep their home tidy. I will be using them again to help keep our new place tidy!! Just be specific with what you want done and you will not be disappointed!

I had ordered one of the coupons through Angie's which has a deadline for when services can be used. They allowed me to use even though I was past due. Two young ladies showed up at my door for 2 hours of housecleaning. I engaged them for another hour to finish up some tasks. They did an excellent job and even cleaned some areas of the house that I didn't expect. I would use them again.
