They did a very acceptable job. Some areas were excellent and other we good.

I first got one of the deals through Angie's List. They did such an excellent job, I hired them 3 other times for general house cleaning. They've worked for me over a couple of years. They were $50 an hour and then $60. I would usually hire a 2-person crew and they would complete the entire house in 3-4 hours.

Very well. The team was efficient, professional and thorough.

They had 3 women come in and cleaning from ceiling to floor. The bathroom was a bit small so one of the women stood on top of the vanity counter top. I was not exceptionally fond of this but the spoke little english so it was difficult to get my point across. Overall, they did a great job.

They were absolutely awesome. Started to work immediately upon arrival and responded politely & professionally to all my requests.

Great response. They have been coming on time with a smile for over six months. I just discovered that they also do windows for an extra charge and had mine cleaned this week. Great job on that, too. I would highly recommend.

We now use this service as our regular house cleaner. There was an initial problem with scheduling but since then they have been in the promised window for appointments. They use a team of two or three for our house. Danna (owner) is very responsive. We are very happy with the service.

The ladies arrived on time and were ready to tackle my home immediately. They were very professional and thorough, they handled my knick knacks very carefully. My house sparkles. Will use again in the future.

After I payed them and tipped the two employees, I was told that they could not give me a receipt as I was promised by Donna. So per a conversation, Donna said that she would mail me a receipt and email me one as well. After one month and many phone calls, I have not received any receipt. Also, the only items i had asked in advance that needed attention (dusty blinds, floor, and a little stain in the oven) were not done. I am easy going, courteous and trusting therefore disgusted by being cheated and lied to.

Poorly. I couldn't tell they had been there. Called and someone came back to recline. I little better but definitely deep clean, which is what I paid for.

Professional, Excellent cleaning. Arrived a bit early (no problem) and worked the entire time. The ladies new what to look for and what to do. It's a pleasure seeing professionals work efficiently and carefully.

First time service went quickly and easily - they were professional and able to work around the water being turned off in the building for the first 30 minutes they were here.

I hired Professional Cleaning to do an initial cleaning of my home. The team was punctual in arriving and did an excellent job quickly and efficiently. My home was pretty clean with the exception of the kitchen floor which I had not been able to clean well due to physical limitations. It needed a good scrubbing and they did a great job! All of the floors were clean and looking good. The house smelled nice and fresh when I came home and it was a relief not to have to spend my weekend cleaning again! I particularly enjoyed the fresh sheets they put on the bed for me as that is another task that is difficult for me. They did such a wonderful job I decided to hire them to come biweekly and am looking forward to having them clean on a regular basis. I was very pleased with every aspect in dealing with this company and Danna who I believe may be the owner. I appreciated the great customer service and responsiveness also!

The company was very good about responding by text and scheduling was easy. The crew was over an hour late, but they did a really good job cleaning. The only other hiccup was that I requested window cleaning, and they had said they could do the second story windows, but when I came back that evening, the upper windows had not been cleaned. However, the company did their best to make it right, coming back a few days later and attempting to clean them. Other than that, they did a very thorough job cleaning, including the kitchen, bathrooms, refrigerator and basement. They even cleaned inside the cupboards in the kitchen.

Hands down, BEST house cleaning provider...period. Used their service approx. 6-7 times now, never had an issue. Arrived exactly on time. Thoroughly cleaned all aspects of each room in a fast and efficient manner. Great products used the right way. They know how to make things look well organized and your house will be left looking like a model home! I had used a different house cleaning service before Thanksgiving for a last minute appointment thinking they are all about the same; it was a horrible experience. They ruined my new faucet finish and glass shower on top of over charging me. Trust me, they are NOT all the same. It's hard to find a business these days that works on your house and does everything they say they will do on time. I will never call another house cleaning provider. It's Professional Cleaning or nothing from now on!

2 people arrived and quickly went to work, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen, empty trash. I am extremely happy with the work they do and have used them many times. I would highly recommend them.

This is the second time that I've used this company for a move-out cleaning They are really amazing. Easy to communicate with, spotless cleaning, and great rates. I could not recommend them more fervently.

Our home was sparkling clean after this service. I paid for the 8-hour special and the 2 women who came left our home in pristine condition! They brought all of the supplies needed and worked diligently for the full time; in fact, my husband told them they could go at one point (before the 4 hours), but they said they couldn't... so they found other things to clean! I've never seen my stove and floors so clean! Really worth every penny!
