Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for: $85 for 4 Hours of Housecleaning. That turned out great. I had them do regular housecleaning. Three cleaners came out for me and they were here for 6 hours. They did a good job, but I did have to pay $20 per additional hour.

Description of Work: I purchased the "big deal". Danna is super responsive via Angie's List email and over the phone. I love corresponding via the app it is SO EASY. The first time they showed up my house was a mess, they did an amazing job, and were 20 minutes early like other reviewers have said. I had them back a second time, for the same deal, and I wasn't home, but they ended up being 2 hours late. It seems to be one of those things that happens sometimes, and they sent 3 cleaning people instead of two to get the job done faster, which I completely appreciated. Not sure the quality was as good as the first time, but my faith was restored when I had them back a third time. Same two I got the first round, and they did an amazing job. They actually ran out of stuff to clean, but kept busy finding extra stuff to do.

Description of Work: Professional Cleaning provided such a wonderful service that I have been using them close to a year now. They do a great job, I can add extra time if needed, and they are very responsive to what needs to be done. If something comes up, they are very good about changing the date or time for me - I really appreciate that. Will continue to use in the future!

Description of Work: The team cleaned up my vacated upstairs area and they did a fine job. There was no furniture in the 6 rooms and so they sparkled when it was finished. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them to others.
