Description of Work: I am SO happy with the crew they sent to clean my house. For the two hours that I paid for, they could only do my downstairs. BUT, they did a deep cleaning, not just a hit & miss. They worked SO hard & did a fantastic job. I will definitely be using this service again. Thank you, Professional Cleaning.

Dear member It is very disappointing to receive such low rating after offering you a five star cleaning job in a very short amount of time for the conditions of your apartment. I personally came with a helper to redeem your cleaning voucher of 4 man hours. Not only did I have to endure nausea while cleaning since I could not tolerate the heavy smell of alcohol, yet I tried to remain professional and even though your house was not ready for a cleaning session we spent valuable time picking up and organizing your condo including shoes, socks, beer cans; we are a cleaning company, we do not organize clutter. We picked up and cleaned your condo beyond the purchased time so that we could finish it all at no additional charge and you were very satisfied. I can't think of the reasoning for your low grade. - Olvi

We serviced your home twice, (a year apart) and unfortunately the conditions of the house were not the same, which is the main reason why the crew was not able to clean the entire house within the purchased time. We suggest you do a Spring Cleaning annually (which normally requires more time). In regards to the laundry cards, I have talked to each member of the crew and they do not recall seeing them, I would not put blame on any one without proof but will be happy to discuss some more with you. Description of Work: I had them clean all the windows and the kitchen and entry way floors. They did an excellent job and were very neat and thorough. The two person team was pleasant and did all the work requested. They did arrive later than scheduled but they called before the scheduled time to indicate they had been delayed in traffic and requested to move the time to later in the day. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly to others.

Description of Work: Deep clean of 3000 sq ft home after renovations. The ladies showed up on time and finished in a little over 2 hours. They did a decent job and the place looked much better than before. There were a few areas that were missed such as a few windows sills. I was expecting them to clean the inside of the kitchen and laundry cabinets as part of the deep cleaning but those weren't done. Overall they did a good job.

Our page clearly states our service area is Long Beach and cities within 20 miles, you are about 44 miles away. In addition both maps (service area and review map) reflect cities we serve only; not sure where the confusion arouse. We did give you the OPTION to use your voucher as a gift for anyone within our service area. However, as stated before you are entitled to a refund from Angie's List since the transaction was done directly with them; we do not have access to your billing information. Description of Work: I purchased $85 for Four Hours of Housecleaning. The cleaned the stove, counters, and two bathrooms. They vacuumed all over and did some carpet cleaning. They didn't get to the cleaning the carpet on the stairs. It was just okay. They lady was very nice, but left a lot of soap film on surfaces. She arrived early and left before four hours were completed.

Description of Work: They were amazing. One of the ladies broke a fan blade, just shows how well they were cleaning. The owner took the broken blade and returned later in the day. We were away and he kept chasing us to repair it. They had not taken the money because of the broken piece. We finally were able to meet and he replaced the blade and I paid him. Strongly recommend.
