Very well. They did an excellent job, very thorough and professional. Paid attention to details in bath like light fixtures and walls. Will schedule another cleaning with this company, especially at the price listed. Thank you.

They came out and did a very thorough job cleaning the rooms we wanted done. The house looked very good afterwards.

The cleaning crew was very good and they were very efficient. We will use them again.

First, the workers work very hard and were pleasant. However, watch them closely if you have high end products in your home. Stainless steel appliances need special cleaners and non-abrasive cloths and they must be cleaned WITH the grain. Hardwood floors need hardwood floor cleaner, NOT water. We reminded Danna and the workers about this multiple times, yet they always seemed to "forget" and use spray cleaner with a dirty rag on the the stainless and wiped AGAINST the grain of the stainless, or worse, in CIRCLES. On the hardwood, they kept using water instead of the hardwood cleaner that I provided. After the third time, we noticed scratches on the stainless steel Viking stove because it was not cleaned properly. I was irate. I phoned Danna and she sent her husband to check out the damage. When Danna's husband arrived, he flatly denied that his workers caused the damage even though three of us saw the crew cleaning incorrectly. The other owner of the house has a brain injury which has caused impulse control problems. She started to yell. I explained this to the young man and CALMLY led her out of the room. I understand her being upset. She saved for 10 years to buy a $10,000 Viking stove and it was damaged due to carelessness and negligence. When I returned, I was perfectly calm and polite but now it was Danna's husband's turn to yell. He continued to yell indecipherable insults and refused to speak to me rationally. He stormed off in his car. I phoned Danna several times to find a solution, yet she never returned any of my MANY messages. I am disappointed that 1) Professional Cleaning did not take ownership for a problem their workers created, 2) the representative was irrational and rude and 3) Danna was so unprofessional and small-minded that she would not even speak to me. It takes a big person to admit and fix mistakes. If you choose to use this company, please know that they will not take responsibility if anything goes wrong. CAVEAT EMPTOR!

The crew is great! They arrive on time and work hard from the minute they arrive until they leave. We love how clean the house looks and smells!

I was very impressed with the job they did. They arrived on time and got to work. They did not stop until they did everything I asked them to do and more. The house has not been dusted for at least 3 months and it was dusty. They removed everything from the shelves and dusted the items and shelves. They even dusted the legs of the furniture (which I don't do). The water rings in the toilets were gone. When they left the house looked and smelled clean. My mother and I were very impressed and will use them again.

They sent two ladies for two hours.

Two ladies arrived early. Dug right in. Worked hard all day. I would have been more comfortable if they had stopped for lunch. They were in a zone like I get and just professionally got it done better than any other service had EVER done. The cleaning ladies were WONDERFUL. They were thorough and extremely competent. Danna, the contact person, has become unavailable, no return calls or texts. I first made contact in December, 2015 via the Angie's messaging to schedule a cleaning after the movers cleared out the apartment. I have since arranged a few cleanings as needed in my condo. The first couple of times Danna would finally respond to my texts after 2-3 days. Now, no response.

The ladies were great! Would use them again!

I would give it an A. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work was good. The two people she sent understood exactly what I wanted and they just went to work and did it quickly and correctly. They were timely. I gave them a time to be here and they were even here early.

Cleaning was great. Communication was poor. I would not use again because of this.

UPDATE: Everything stated by the company is an utter lie.Proof of the original sales receipt as well as the check paid to Professional Cleaning the time they ruined the new carpet is attached. The idea that this was "3 year old carpet" is ridiculous. If anything, that's what the carpet looked like after their carpet cleaner was done with it. I've also attached a copy of their original Angie's List profile that says they are insured for such damage, something Danna told me as well. Funny how they've since changed their profile. I've also attached their business license information we tracked down when trying to serve them with a small claim. After multiple attempts to serve this address, the professional process service indicated that this address is not valid and that no business is present there. If Mrs. Danna is so confident in her assertions, please have her provide us with a proper business address so that we can legally serve them with a small claim. I would gladly crush her in court. Evidence and logic outdoes lies any day.

They were right on time and worked the entire time. They did an excellent job. I had no idea my kitchen floor could get that clean! I hired them for spring cleaning, but will consider them for regular cleaning in the future.

. I bought 4 hours of cleaning for my home. They showed up promptly at 8 and began a good sweep of the rooms I specified. The 2 cleaners split the 4 hours so each took an area and focused on floors, countertops, stove, sink and dishes. My kitchen tile is in dire need of replacement but after they were done I felt like I could walk on it again. Overall my house felt clean, looked clean, smelled clean, and I would have them back again.

Everything went well. Cleaning job was very good. Only issue, is that one of the cleaners knocked my ceiling fan down while dusting the blades. Not sure how that happened. They were able to provide a fix, but now I will have to have someone else come out and take a look.

OK, we don't do cleaning services, h***, I'm over 60 years old and just hired a gardener for the first time. We have had a cleaning service one other time years ago. Some relatives were coming in for the Holidays and the house needed a good cleaning. I called a couple of services, Professional Cleaning called me first. I talked with them and went over pricing and schedule; set it up on the first call. I decided we needed the windows cleaned also and check Angie's List for this; turns out that Pro Cleaning does windows. Called them back and added window cleaning. They scored one point down for Punctuality; their car broke down. No big deal, but I had to call them to find out why they were late. If they would have called me first, would have gotten an A. All and all, two people showed up and worked very hard; I mean very hard. Three bedrooms, two baths, den, kitchen, and living room; 10 windows. I am very pleased and my wife was extatic; how does that go "happy wife - happy life". Thanks and we will be calling you again. Gary Sisson and Wife

Showed up on time. Did not call or contact me in advance to confirm. Left early - did not spend 2 hours cleaning. Missed 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Did not touch either of these rooms. Cleaning that was completed was mediocre at best.

Have had this service for the past 3 months. Cleaning was excellent the first time, good the second time, terrible the third time. They didn't even dust half the surfaces in the house. They also stole 150+ tramadol pills that were hidden far from any area they were supposed to be cleaning, and replaced the container with an empty pill bottle I'd thrown in the trash. So in other words, they found the empty, and went searching for the full one. We are very experienced with housecleaners, having various services for many years. I've come to learn NOT to leave the prescription drugs anywhere they're easy to find. They had to open a sliding cabinet (which they didn't dust) and bend way over and move things to even see it. I suspect this is why they rushed out and didn't finish their job. Hope they have a fine xmas after selling my drugs. Luckily I have extras, otherwise I'd be in excruciating pain. I cannot prove any of this, of course. So all I can do is cancel the service. Updated response. Please note that ALL responses by this company to bad reviews blame the reviewers. Wonder why that is? Are there really so many difficult clients? I will note that my previous cleaning company was employed for over 7 YEARS with no problems, so no, I don't think I'm a terrible client. I only left them because they changed ownership and the new owners didn't clean to the previous standards. Untrue claims: 1. I never told the company I wanted bi-weekly cleaning. I asked for monthly from the start. They quoted me, and did not ask for higher fees when I scheduled for monthly. I would have paid it if asked. 2. During the onsite quote (which I "insisted on?" Excuse me, how can you accurately quote if you don't visit?) I showed the exact areas that you were asked to clean. 3. I asked about health insurance for employees, not liability insurance for "future claims" of which I have made none. I was concerned and wanted to ensure that the employees were treated fairly. People with poor employment conditions don't perform well. 4. If you noted "Pill bottles" around the house, why didn't you recommend I remove them? In fact, only vitamins and supplements are openly displayed in this house. All significant medications are put away in cabinets, storage boxes or my purse. The person who took the pills WENT LOOKING in the very back of a low cabinet, behind other objects, behind closed doors. I know I put them there because it is part of my pre-cleaning routine to ensure medications are put away, just like I pick up all clutter. There is no confusion on my part. 5. I have not had "many cleaning companies." I have lived in this house almost 20 years and have had TWO companies in that time. Molly Maids for about 5 years, and the last one for 7 as I stated. I cancelled as I said, over slipping standards. I have had medications misplaced or stolen, which is WHY I PUT THEM AWAY. But once burned, I learned and did not have a repeat. 6. Don't have a roommate. While it is true someone was in the house for every cleaning, we do not follow the cleaners from room to room. They are left alone to do their jobs. 7. It wasn't one area that was left undusted. It was almost the entire bedroom, and half of the shelves in the living room. I didn't call to try to "resolve this" because why would I want anyone to return to my home under these circumstances? I had read the negative reviews and realized that you ALWAYS blame the customer. Somehow they're always a problem right from the start, or unreasonable in expectation and you just bend over backward to please them. If you didn't want to service my home, you should have declined. Of course, you can always say that now, no matter what you thought at the time. I probably would have canceled based solely on the poor cleaning even without this theft. It was the last clean before Christmas. I had hoped my home would look better than it did. And I have no real proof, not that I can take to the police. However, one or more of your staff have committed a felony crime by stealing medication of such value. Have fun with that. I have made no claims for compensation, nor will I. I have not contacted the police, nor will I. So all you readers of reviews out there, ask yourself just how I profit I make from this review? I'm just trying to get the truth out there, for your consideration. If you choose these people, get a lockbox for your valuables.

I had two people come out for two hours and let them go at it. It was right before Thanksgiving. I've never hired a housekeeper and after what they managed to do in two hours made me wonder what I've been thinking all these years! I loved it. They were super nice, understanding of my cluttered home and were very efficient. I was quite pleased!

I have tried to schedule with them weekly. They missed our initial appointment for an estimate because they forgot. They have promised to reschedule and do the work and they have never gotten back to me.

We're prompt and professional and diligent at cleaning all areas identified.
