Professional Cleaning

From what I remember, I think it was okay. It wasn't spectacular but I think it was okay. I think they didn't move some of the furniture. It just wasn't as thorough as we would have liked. It was a good price.

I had been searching for cleaners for over a year and was disappointed with every single one... until I found professional cleaning. They have been cleaning my place now for over 6 months and I am very satisfied! Friendly crew, very detail oriented, and my house always looks and smells amazing after they come!

They showed up on time with a crew of several workers. The quality of the work depended on the worker. Sonia did an excellent job in the kitchen and family room area, Others did not fully clean the windows or door frames or the walls, or other minor parts. Olvi is easy to work with and does a good job himself. We would hire them again, but would more carefully watch them to make sure the work got done properly.

I purchased the deal for 6 hours of deep cleaning. Two people came so that cut the time to 3 hours, which I think is more than enough time to clean my entire home. The parts they did clear were immaculate. My only issue is that they did not clean the entire house. For the same price I paid I've had other cleaners (a husband and wife team) come and clean the whole house in under three hours and in the three hours they were there they only managed to clean the kitchen, bathrooms, living room, dining room and one bed room. The did a very good job in the areas they did clean, but they did not vacuum any rooms as they ran out of time. Sadly, I probably will not use them again.

2 girls arrived within the agreed time and quickly went to work. They did a very good job especially dusting all her knick knacks and the legs of chairs and tables. We were very pleased with the job and will use them again.

Two women showed up around 10:20 am. This was right in the window given which was between 10-11. They were very friendly and listened attentively while I explained the areas that were most important to me. I originally purchased 6 hours for $149, and I understood that the hours would be divided by how many people in the crew. I let them know it was more important that the entire house be cleaned than how much time it took and was willing to pay for extra hours. It took the crew 5 hours and made sure I called to get a new quote from the office. It was another $50 per hour. It was VERY worth it! It's been a week now and I'm still noticing little details that were done. For example, my daughter has a trundle bed and they pulled the bottom bed out and cleaned underneath. They cleaned behind the TV and all the hard to reach places in the built-in. They cleaned all the panes of glass in the French door and the surrounding frame. Doors were all cleaned, walls dusted, carpets moved and floors were shining! One of the biggest challenges was our shower which they cleaned better than anyone else. The only slight complaint would be initial communication with the company. I specified in the notes on the order that I wanted deep cleaning and would pay for extra hours. After the first email, I reiterated this, but didn't get any response to that concern. However, when the crew showed up and I mentioned this, they said the office had informed them that it may be extra hours, so at least I know they got my messages.

The house cleaning was handled in a professional and cordial manner. I would definitely recommend this house cleaning service!

Would have liked them longer but it's all good

Excellent job. On time. Had all equipment necessary to do the job. Crew of 2 was experienced and polite. They did everything represented and more. In my particularly case, there were additional things required and the fee for the time beyond 8 hours was fair. Actually, the best house cleaning service I have ever had.

I seem to be somewhat of a packrat so needed to do some de-cluttering before they arrived. When I couldn't get enough stuff put in storage they rescheduled for me. A crew of 3 arrived exactly on time and set immediately to work. 1 crew member spoke fluent English, the others were limited but we could communicate. 7 hours later I had a spotless house.

It was a poor service. The time I wanted wasn't available and so we scheduled a different time for 12.30pm. The two cleaners didn't really speak any English and arrived at the Security gate to my complex at 12.45pm. By 1pm they still hadn't arrived at my condo or called to confirm they were in the correct area. I went down to find them and immediately sensed a pretense of professionalism that I suspected was a thin veil to the opposite. Then they asked if they were booked for two hours? I said I thought it was four hours. As it turned out I had booked what ws advertised as "8 man hours" (split between two cleaners.) I take my shoes off at the door to my apartment. They walked in, in their sneakers. I tried to communicate but realised they weren't really understanding or comprehending. We muddled along. I explained I was packing down my house before leaving for New York so to start with the bathrooms and then the kitchen whilst I worked on packing bags in the bedrooms. It became clear that there was really only one mature worker,and the other seemed to be immature and disrespectfully letting her phone ring,then taking calls whilst only vaguely appearing to work (very slowly and sporadically). Eventually the bathrooms, half done, were left and they moved into the master bedroom and shut the door. Then they were giggling and talking whilst apparently working in the master bathroom there.They didn't seem capable of working independently and after asking what their plan was and enduring more mock professionalism,I called them out. I said that I thought they were slow and unprofessional and that I had a storage cupboard in my garage area which one of the them (the maturer-seeming one) could help with as I didn't feel they worked satisfactorily together. I then asked her if the other worker was unable to work on her own? She said "Maybe". As it turned out,they left at 4.20pm without having finished the kitchen. But by then I was happy they were gone.

The ladies were prompt and polite. They asked what I was expecting and what I would like them to concentrate on. Given the time allotted I think they did a very fine job. I would call them again

The service was good and the staff was fine, no problems. There were a couple of small things that weren't outstanding, but mostly very strong.

They did a great job. I would use them again in the future.

The cleaning service was good. The only item not completed was the dusting of the furniture.

I was having a hard time with my wood floors and they provided me with some tips and tricks. We plan on getting in contact them to set up additional services .

We had great communication with the provider. They arrived early, but waited for us to get home at our appointed time. They did a very thorough cleaning job on our bathrooms and kitchen. My wife was really happy with the job they did. We'd hire them again.

Professional Cleaning, owner Danna Landaverde, gave me an estimate to clean the rental home over the phone.The estimate price was for three girls at $25 per hour. The estimated timework was for 4 to 5 hours. At 5 hours for 3 girls (3*$25=$75*5 hours=$375), the cleaning bill should have been $375. Without my consent, she sent more people to clean the house. I don?t know why she sent more people to clean the house since it was not in a bad condition. Overall the girls that cleaned the house from her company did not do a good job. I have lived in this house for 30 years and my usual cleaning bill was approximately between $150-$200. The house was fairly clean. I have called and left messages with her to settle this matter, however, she has not returned any of my calls. I am also a small investor owner and I respect my tenant.Just because the cleaning bill is passed onto the tenant does not mean I would overcharge them. Thus, I only billed my tenant for $325 out of the $617.50 that I was charged - this is a fair amount. The windows were separate and I paid it to her company with a different check -which was $176.00.The areas I only asked her to clean were 3 bathrooms, kitchen and dust the shutters. Even though she claimed that her crew spent 26 hours, the job was not completed. They did not have a ladder to clean the top of the shutters, they did not clean behind and underneath the fridge, and did not finish cleaning light fixtures. She was never asked to clean carpets and the 4 bedrooms. I disagree with her comment in regards to her saying "without regard of time and cost since this was a rental property." It should not have taken more than 3 to 4 hours for 3 people, at the most - if they are "PROFESSIONALS." My son have used the same company for a two bedroom rental and the service was UNSATISFACTORY. Since I was given an inadequate estimate and not fully satisfied with the job that was performed, I am requesting an adjustment of $242.50.

It went well. The team arrived within the agreed upon timeframe, they introduced themselves, and we talked about the biggest concerns I had (cleaning blinds and floors). After we answered each other's questions, the team got to work and did not stop until they were finished. They even rearranged some of my furniture (after moving to clean underneath), but everything they did was beneficial to me and my home.

I didn't have the service done because I was outside of their service area but I did speak with them and they were very professional.

Professional Cleaning did a thorough job cleaning our kitchen appliances, bathrooms, and three bathrooms. They were punctual, friendly, and courteous. We were very impressed with the outcome. I'll make another appointment to have them come back to do more detailed dusting in our bedrooms.

The two ladies who came to clean were lovely, courteous (though their English was a little iffy), and thorough. They showed up when they said they would, went a little longer than expected (which I'd let them know would be fine), and we were quite happy with the job!

We sold our home and wanted it to be spotless for the new buyer. I contacted Professional Cleaning through a promotion on Angie's list and explained what we needed. The promotion specified that move out services would cost more, but the owner offered to have the job done for the promotion price of two people for two hours each. The two people arrived a bit early, and we were still moving things out, but they worked around us. They did a fantastic job - cleaned every nook and cranny including inside the cupboards. (If I'd known, I wouldn't have already done this!) The house was empty, which makes it easier to clean, but they were extremely thorough. I didn't want to go back in after they were done, so as not to leave footprints! They finished the house in the time arranged, so no extra payment was needed. However, I was so thrilled, I tipped them. When the new owner came by to start moving in, with his cleaning supplies, he was absolutely thrilled. He could just move right in!
