Description of Work: They cleaned my entire condo. In addition, they did the closets, refrigerator, outside closet windows, mirrors, drawers and changed all of my bedding covers. They did a great job. I feel like all my home is allergy free. They are very professional and willing to do whatever extra you want them to do. They are the best cleaning crew I have ever had. I have been having people clean for me for 25 years and they are the best by far. In the past, I have had to pay at least $50 more for the same job. I highly recommend them for any housecleaning job you may have. They also cleaned my rental home and my friend's home. He has them once a week and he is very pleased with their work. He highly recommends them too. They are a five star crew.

Description of Work: first call from provider, excuses were being made; "don't know when I can fit you in"..."will call back" Called back gave her date a couple of weeks in the future...I forgot. Call from provider said she didn't know when she could reschedule, and didn't know if she had the time, since I missed. Finally set another date provider said she'd call the nite before; sent me a text the morning of telling me the start time would 1/2 hour earlier than the agreed upon time. Lost my extra key.. again I had to cancel. Provider hung up on me.

Regina, Huntington Beach. Since I was not present the day of the cleaning I do not know the date. The order (#796926) was placed on 1 Aug 2013 and cost $85. As you can see Regina was quite satisfied. (Below) I have no idea when the home was built.

Description of Work: i spoke with the owner,Donna, and arranged for move in service cleaning for a rental I owned. She gave me an appointment. The team of two showed up exactly on time. This was very important to me as the tenant was moving in later that day. I went over with them my areas of concern. There was egg on the front window and I especially wanted that cleaned off. Olvi did a wonderful job on the windows and sills. He pointed out areas he cleaned that i wouldn't have even thought of. Everything was spotless when they were done. My tenant was very appreciative, and I believe this helped start the tenant/landlord relationship in a very positive direction They worked for about 2 1/2 hours and I believe the price was reasonable. The workers were very friendly and positive. Olvi assured me he would have no problem getting the egg off the window and was looking forward to showing me great results. I would use this service again without hesitation. Oh, also, the Donna the owner came by while they were cleaning to introduce herself and make sure they knew what areas I was most concerened about. I appreciated the personalized customer service.

Description of Work: I have a one bedroom condo at a historical landmark in downtown Long Beach that had not been professionally cleaned in a few months. I saw the coupon in the Orange County edition of Angie's list for Professional Cleaning and called. Donna the owner answered the phone and we agreed on a time and date for the cleaning crew to come. Her husband, Olvi, and a helper arrived on time with all their cleaning products and I showed them around. I was concerned about my hardwood floors,they are the original floors from 1920's and they were scuffed up and had not been cleaned for months and were very dirty. I asked if they would use my wood cleaner and wax and that was not a problem. So I left and let them have their way with my place. About 3 hours later Donna called and said they were done so I came back and Olvi showed me what they had done. The place was spotless, everything dusted (my place faces west and it gets quite dusty), the kitchen and bathroom tile and grout were scrubbed and cleaned, they cleaned the fridge,oven, and microwave. The ceiling fans and lights were cleaned as well as the baseboards, window sills, and picture frames. The floors were shiny and spotless I could not be happier. I called Donna back let her know what a good job the crew did and set up a bimonthly appointment. I'm looking forward to the next time Olvi comes over. Thanks. I could not be happier

Description of Work: My Mother has lived in the same house almost 50 years.She is getting elderly and cant clean as well as she would like to.She has been afraid and apprehensive to have someone come to clean although she has wanted to for a while now. Danna the owner accommodated us by switching someones schedule to fit us in today.She answers emails promptly and politely.I surprised her by buying her a first deep clean for 120.00 from Professional Cleaning.I have no idea if that is a fair price. Olvi-the owners husband and his assistant showed up ontime.We had one special request.We needed a tiny bathrooms walls cleaned.Olvi complied with no problem.It took them approx.2 and 3/4 hours to do 2 bathrooms,2 bedrooms,dining room-polish dining table and all chairs,kitchen including Moms dishes,and the living room.Mom was very happy with the job and hopefully she will ask them to come back next month for I think 70.00.They also do carpet cleaning and window washing at an additional cost but very reasonable.And get this...they clean cancer victims homes for free!!Thats amazing.Olvi spoke English and was not only charming but he and his assistant who I don't think spoke English but was polite and smiled and was a very hard worker.I wish this company luck and would recommend them to all.

Description of Work: Professional Cleaning has cleaned our house since 2006 and we are very satisfied with their service. They do a very good job cleaning our house and always ask each time if there is something “special” that we want done. They are always willing to do anything extra. In fact, they have often seen items that need cleaning, such as light fixtures on high ceilings, and cleaned them without even being asked. They even fixed a squeaky door hinge without our mentioning anything about it! They have always come on the days that we have set for them to be here and are responsive to our needs if we need to change a date. In the six years we have used the company, they have always sent out two people. At least one of them can communicate in English. They are not perfect. Few companies are; but we almost always are very satisfied with everything they do for us. We highly recommend their company.
