They took the time to explain the entire process of the work they were going to preform. So we knew exactly what we were getting.

Well he did a good job the only snag was the fact that it raised 850 $ dollars for the stapples other then that i would say quality work and not sure the need for more stapples was even his fault im guessing it was just what the situation turned into after pulling up the old roof. The only last thing would be i hope he cleans my naighbors yard up to when its all finished

The work was very unprofessionally done, incomplete, messy, lots of mistakes, just a very cavalier attitude and dishonest.

I had an identical building last summer that cost just under $10,000. Platinum bid just under $10,000. After the old roof was removed, he found another $15,000 of misc. Things to fix. My $10,000 roof became a $25,000 roof.

He was on time, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He completed the project in record time.

Extremely rude, unqualified contractor, gave constant excuses, did not show as scheduled, and had total disregard for peoples property. Contractor admitted he is a con artist.

Much to our panic, we discovered a leak in our roof coming through the ceiling into the living room. All during a period of significant rain in LA (not to mention Covid 19). Michael Montes responded quickly to my inquiry and was at my house within hours (despite the late day request). He identified the problem, offered some options and made a fix that has held up perfectly. He was professional and took special care to avoid making a mess while he worked to identify the issue. When it comes time to replace my roof, I will definitely use Michael and his company.

Came in the rain to give an estimate. Clearly explained what he planned to do, along with a couple of smaller other fixes. Estimate was very close to another one, but could get here sooner. Prompt, courteous, good communicator. Weâ re always a bit taken aback when, during the job, something gets added, because it wasnâ t identified when the estimate was given. The worker came in the rain and did the roof repair. Tiles broken. he replaced and stopped further damage. Inspected attic to confirm no further leaks.

The owner responded right away and came out immediately. He was clean, fast, and professional. He had a mask and gloves on. He took pictures and showed me what other maintenance problems that needed to be taken care of. He took care of the leak and sealed other areas that would start leaking soon.
