Mike Montes helped me out with reroofing an area that was ruining my roof. because of so much rain. He came to give me a quote within 15 minutes and the job was done so efficiently. Iâ m so pleased with this work. Thank you Mike, for a job done so well. The best!!!

Michael and his assistant were able to identify and repair roof for a fair price. Origin of a roof leak is hard to identify. First fix did not work but Platinum Roofing came right back out and did fix, standing behind their warranty. Much appreciated!!

This roofer committed to fix a leak in my roof and after 3 attempts failed. Their work was shoddy, the clean up was poor, and the leak remained. The last time I called they said they would come to correct the problem, but I never heard from them again. It turns out another roofer was able to address the issue and provided pictures of the mess that was created by Mike Montes. Stay as far away from this company as you can. They can't be trusted.

He tried to fix the issue that we had, he offered us a two year warranty and the same leak came back. We have called and texted him but he only offers excuses and does not show when he says. It has been over a month and the issue has gotten worst and this is the worst experience.

Michael Montes is a very pleasant person to deal with and he was quick to respond to an emergency of a roof leak which had to be fixed one day before the announced rain the following day.. I highly recommend his services.

Mike came out to our HOA and took care of business. We had several leaks after we just got new roofs from a different roofing company that did not come out and fix the leaks. But Mike came out and took care of the leaks. Mike a good customer service and took the time to explain the issues that we had that he found. And he stands by his work and gave us a year warranty on the repairs that he did which is good business. We will be working again with Platinum Roofing in the future if we need them.

I THINK they did a good job. I am not a roofer so I donâ t know. Quick response though. I did not have time to get another quote because of the rain. Mike ended up charging me $800 more than what he originally quoted me.
