Mike gave a quick response to a leak I had on my roof. He came out that afternoon and quoted what seemed a reasonable price, I did not have time to obtain additional quotes, due to excessive rain and the need to fix the problem . . I hired him and he started the project the following day. He was professional and courteous. After paying in full when the project was completed it took awhile to obtain a receipt, probably due to the heavy rains.

Did a specular job. Not only fixed the leak but identified the work from a previous roof installer which was lossy and replaced the entire roof.

Came out next day to do an emergency asphalt shingle roof repair. Quickly diagnosed the problem and several other potential spots. Work was done quickly, same day. Very high quality.

Unqualified workers and unsupervised workers on the roof and the contractor was never on the project except when asking for money, each time he came to the project with his kids that he had to move around with them and just came for the money to be paid or to add some more to the contract. Sweet and but dishonest contractor. The contract was written in such a way that you will not understand the handwriting and you will have to ask him what is there written, which what he would say is different than the writing itself. Deceiving initial estimation just to get hooked in the contract, the project was abandoned, The roof is still leaking. Usage of private property without asking permission and then stolen by workers. The contractor did not have any tools, and the material bought and installed on the roof was of bad quality, same old nail, cracked and badly installed facia board. A total nightmare. Do not hire.

First heavy rain of the season and my roof started leaking in the living room. Mike called within 5 minutes of me contacting Home Advisor and told me he could be here in an hour. He called while he was on the way to let me know he was running late because of traffic ( due to the rain.) I appreciated the update. He fixed the leak quickly but did advise me I needed a new roof or leaks would crop up elsewhere. I knew this already because the roof is old and I can see the deterioration. I felt Mike was friendly, honest and efficient.

Mike was the first to call me (about a minute after I posted the project to Angie's list). I was eager to get it done since I had a small leak and we were at the start of rainy season. He came out within the hour, helped me identify the problem, also pointed out an HVAC issue I didn't know about, and fixed the broken shingles then even sealed some other areas that needed attention. He gave me a discount at the end of it all. I will definitely recommend Mike, he is a good guy.

Michael and his team did a good job on the project. He is very professional and wanted to please the owner. Since I am involved in project, There was an occasion where I made a mistake in mixing the materials and he noticed there was something wrong with I did and we corrected the mixture. I am really impressed that he cared and wanted very much to do a good job. I will hire him again with no hesitation.
