Mike came the next morning and patched the area thought was causing the leak. Paid $900. Unfortunately, The leak was not repaired. Mike came out again and said the ridge line was causing the leak. Quoted $1k. We didn't like the idea of paying for something that wasn't fixed only to end up paying more especially when other companies quoted less. Mike did come out again and applied cement to the ridge line free of charge but again it did not fix the leak. He said the whole roof would need to be replaced. Quoted $11k. We've decided to look for other estimates. We're extremely disappointed to have paid $900 to fix a problem that was never fixed. No refunds either.

Michael and James of Platinum Roofing were very responsive to my roofing needs, they followed up to make sure I had someone to address my issues and made sure that I knew what to expect every step of the way. They have great customer service and that seemed hard to find in this skillset. They were also able to work with me within my budget and provided me with a professional warrantee on their workmanship.

Michael responded extremely fast to my inquiry and was able to set up an inspection appointment the next day. During the inspection he proved himself to be very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained the situation clearly and understood our budgetary need of setting priorities and phases for the project.
