Description of Work: "We have used this company in the past and keep using them. Their service is quick, fairly priced, and their plumbers don't quit even when faced with our challenging jobs. As an example, Todd, a plumber that did a prior job for us, was dispatched to our home for a leaking faucet. Sounds simple, but it turned out to be a challenge. We had to special order parts and Todd had to return until they were delivered. He remained professional, got the job done well, and we were not charged any additional fee even though he had to return. Great company that we recommend."

Description of Work: We had a major drain clog in our kitchen sink causing the upstairs showers also to back up being tied in to the same piping. We had somebody from Mr. Rooter Plumber who came in to probe the situation and gave us a determination as to what caused the blockage. He gave us the estimate and after we agreed on the price, he immediately proceeded using his expertise and tool to take care of the problem. After about an hour of laboring, he put the under the sink drain pipe together and tested it after he completed getting rid of the clog. It's still working up to this day and recommended what additional work to be done in the future to prevent the same scenario from happening again. We were very satisfied with the service. I found the name of Mr. Rooter from Angie's list.

Description of Work: The plumber diagnosed the problem and removed a shower handle cartridge after the handle broke off. Once the cartridge was removed, I decided to replace the cartridge myself after the plumber provided instructions on where to purchase the item and how to re-install the new cartridge. I was able to get the part at Home Depot and complete the installation and repair of the shower handle with no issues.
