As it turned out there was a more serious problem. He seemed to go for the easy fix and probably should have investigated on another level to see what caused the trip in the first place. He did do what he was asked to do and checked as far as he could, but I had to bring another electrician in to fix what was a little bit deeper than just the circuit breaker. I would hire him back if needed.

They did a good job. Very timely and affordable. He also gave me some good advice on kitchen lighting. On another occasion he put on a fixture for an outdoor porch light for me. The price was less than I expected and the quality was good. The job was difficult and it would have taken me all day to do. He was able to come right out the day after I called and it only took about an hour to complete.

Excellent service, when I called after hours Rick answered and cheerfully set up an appointment for the next day. He showed up when promised and fixed the problem quickly for the price quoted on the phone.

Rick came out, gave me the bid and about 2 - 3 weeks later I had him out to perform the work. There were some issues with the spa and whether or not we were going to use it, but Rick hooked up everything as if it was going to be used. He offered advice on doing rough electrical (as I was doing that myself) and had no problem teaching me some tricks to make my task easier. We passed inspection and all things work like they should.

Rick was very professional and definitely recommend him. He was very punctual and keeps me updated for any delays. The work he did was very neat also and done per code.

I used Rick to fix a minor electrical problem a few months before and I was impressed by his honesty and professionalism, so I called him to upgrade the aluminum wiring in my home. He came out on time 2 days after my call. Rick worked 2 long days putting copper pigtails on all of my electrical outlets and switches and replacing the outlets and switches with new, upgraded ones. He changed the wiring in both bathrooms, putting the fan and lights on separate switches and adding an outlet to each. He also added an outside outlet. There was a total of 54 outlets/switches upgraded or added. There was even a specialty switch (3 way for lights and single pole for fan) that Rick did not have in his truck. After purchasing the switch, Rick came back the next day to install it at no extra charge. Rick is a tireless worker, very personable and flexible to his customer's needs. His price was incredibly reasonable for the amount of work done. I plan on having Rick expand the wiring in my garage in the near future. I would not hesitate to recommend Rick to anyone needing an electrician.

I was very pleased with the work, and sent Rick over to my mother's house to do some more work there.

They were excellent and got back to us within a day.

Took several attempts to get Rick to call me back but eventually called back within two days. He also ran late for the job but called to say he would be an hour late . Rick worked quickly and efficiently. Professional and personable. He was not able to fix the problem with the attic fan but that was due to a mechanical problem, not electrical. I will definitely be calling him back for more electrical jobs in the future. Highly recommended.

Rick was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful.He threw in a light switch for free with his service. He gave me a free estimate on garage lighting, and even checked my front flowerbed lights and timer as they were going on and off all the time; he got them working. I have had a lot of people do work for me in the past, but Rick's service was best by far.

We experienced a few very warm days this Spring and I noticed the absence of a familiar noise: the attic vent fan, which normally kicks in when the attic heats up (it's on a thermostat), wasn't running. I called Rick at E,S,and S Electrical and he agreed to come out 2 days later to check it out. Rick arrived within 30 minutes of his appointment time, and had even called ahead to let us know he was on his way. Rick was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. He had to crawl on hands and knees in our dirty attic, which he confessed has not something he was unfamiliar with. Long story short: he arrived around 9am, diagnosed the problem, removed the fan and thermostat assembly, drove off to get the necessary parts, returned and installed the new fan, and was done by 1pm. I was very happy with the job Rick did and would not hesitate to use his services again.

Excellent - Rick had to work underneath the house to run the wire from the service box through the floor and into the new outlet he installed. He also installed a plug on the dishwasher for no extra charge.

Rick returned my telephone call within an hour and was at my home the same day. An original wire from my 1937 house had gone bad. Rick re-wired the circuit and added another, including two boxes, in my garage.

It went exceptionally smoothly. Very professional service. I'll definitely use him again.

I left a message for Rick and he called me back later that same day. He came the following day at the time he indicated to give an estimate for the work. Later that evening he completed the work. Rick is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He also was conservative in his approach and did not try to sell us more than we needed.

It went very well, very quickly done and helpful suggestions for remodel.

I liked that they foreseen any problems that I would have installing the fan and avoided me an extra trip to the hardware store. I liked that they called before he came over. Rick Dunn did the work in two hours.

It was a great experience. He came when he said he would be here. He quoted me a price over the phone and then confirmed it when he came. His work was efficient and clean. He was organized. It just went great.

Rick Dunn and an employee arrived 1/2 hour early (he called first to see if it was ok to come early). Was friendly and professional. Did the work well. Rick suggested I replace the light fixtures with different models. While they were working I went to the hardware store for the new fixtures and he called and told me they were done. Rick offered to stay and install the new fixtures, but I told him I could do it (I did, it was easy). I offered to have my wife pay or I could come home, but Rick said not to worry he'd leave the bill and I could mail him the payment. When I got home I found he'd left the bill with a stamped, self addressed envelope! Couldn't be more pleased.

We needed some minor electrical work done, I called ES and S, they were responsive on the phone, arrived on time and completed the work quickly. The guys were very polite and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

I was able to meet and get an estimate from Rick the same day I called him. He and Vinny arrived on time for the job and worked very quickly. They brought drops cloths to keep things clean and cleaned up after themselves. Rick had offered one repair for me as a freebie when he gave me the estimate, that freebie was more complicated than expected and he still didn't charge me for it. I also made the last minute request to convert the 2 duplex outlets into quads and it was done with no problems. I will call again for any electrical work I need in the future. Thanks guys!

Ron responded to my initial telephone call within a reasonable time. We scheduled an appointment and he called at the last minute and asked if I could reschedule. After I told him no, he agreed to keep the scheduled appointment. He didn't seem at all interested while I was showing him what needed to be done. Before I could finish showing him, he abruptly said the job was too big for him and quickly left.

They came out, I told them what I wanted. Everything was done in a timely matter, I'm very happy with the work. I plan to call them back for more work after the holidays. I'm very happy with the work, their attitudes, and their prices. Highly recommended!
