We purchased a chandelier manufactured in China. It came with no instructions, but we had already removed the existing chandelier before realizing that. Rick was extremely accommodating and arrived within the hour. He was quick and very knowledgeable.

He did a great job and is reasonable.

I telephoned Rick Dunn (owner) yesterday afternoon and left a message and he got back to me around 6pm that evening. I explained that some of the outlets that were recently installed during a remodel of my home were not working or appeared to be incorrectly installed. Rick made an appointment for today for 1pm. Rick is friendly yet very professional. He arrived at my home and got right to work and fixed everything. He obviously knew what he was doing and I will certainly call him the next time I need an electrician.

It is a small firm. He is very skilled. He is a third generation electrician. He is an exceptional electrician. He came right away. He fixed my problem. I was quite happy with him and he is coming back for additional work. He was quick, reasonable and very qualified. I am already reffering him to other people I know. He is ideal.

I am a regular customer of ESand S Electrical; additionally, This company has many Angie's List customers who have given consistent As. I phoned because one recessed light was and quot;flickeringand quot;; coincidentally, electrician was nearby. He came right over. In 5 minutes, he has assessed the problem. The light switch was changed. Additionally, he explained that the neck of compact florescent bulbs vary In size and the variance can affect the electrical connection. Now, I know to take the neck size into consideration when buying replacement bulbs. The electrician, Mr. Dunn, is a very experienced and reliable electrician whose prices are very reasonable. Also, Mr. Dunn has exceptional communication skills. If a client is willing to listen, Mr Dunn will explain the problem and the possible solutions.

I obtained this referral from Angie's List. Mr. Rick Dunn has been on the list since 2007 having received 18 reviews (16 were As). Rick came out before scheduled time. He correctly diagnosed a problem with the electrical wiring to my outside 7' waterfall. Rick noticed that the motion sensor, in my patio area, was inappropriately angled. His repositioning the sensor has lowered my electrical bill $10.00 per month. Rick is very experienced and personable. I have complete confidence that he will fix the problem and, if he can't (which is hard to imagine) he would not misled you.

Rick has completed numerous projects for us over the years. He is prompt and courteous and someone you can trust. He does excellent work and his prices are reasonable. The last time he was out was to replace a smoke alarm that started chirping at 3 am Sunday morning. I was unable to disable it myself so we had to listen to it chirping all night. Although Rick does not typically work on Sundays he surprised us and showed up to replace the alarm (knowing it was driving us crazy). A very considerate guy.

Came out twice - changed all batteries on our smoke and carbon monoxide units to see if that was the cause of the intermittent beeping. Came back the next day to check (not the problem) and replaced all units, tested, waited to see all was well. Very pleasant father and son - would definitely use again.

He was excellent. He was one of your top guys in the list and he was very good. The cost was reasonable. The guy was very punctual. He seemed very honest. He gave me a good price. He did it in a timely fashion. The workmanship was very good.

Rick did and awesome job! He got there on time. I showed him what needed to be done. He went on the ladder and installed our fixtures in a timely manner. All of the fixture work great! He is polite and social. I would recommend him to anyone.

Rick surveyed the situation and told us that since we had a gas outlet we should make an exchange for a gas dryer. Didn't charge us for anything. We did plan to have him back to complete some other work a few weeks down the road.

Rick has completed several projects for me and my mother. His prices are more than fair, he is on-time, and routinely delivers exceptional service.

He is really good. He did a really nice job; he patched up the hole in the wall where he had done the work in such a way that I couldn't even tell there was any work done. When he came here and I told him about the electrical work inside the house, he said he didn't do it anymore but would go ahead and do it since the appointment was already made. They were much cheaper than the previous electrician I had used. I like them. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

The owner was very reasonable and showed up when he said he would. This company worked for me on two occasions; last summer he installed two lights in my kitchen and charged me $50. I thought that was extremely reasonable and will use him again in the future.

Rick has done our work for years and will continue to do so.

Rick was great! He made time for me the same day I called. Showed up right on time. Had everything he needed to complete the job -- including a new can light fixture. Taught me some useful things about the electrical system in my 1920s home. And, I felt like I great value for my dollar. Rick is now my go-to electrical guy.

He arrived shortly after I called. He did a great job installing a new outlet for the water heater since it had an electronic pilot instead of a gas pilot lite like the old heater. I appreciated the quick responce and the good job.

He has also re-installed electrical and light fixtures throughout the house. He switched out all the plugs and upgraded to designer outlets. He did great! He is always responsive on the phone, quick to set up an appointment, and understands that I want the job done quick. He is reasonable in price, as well. He does good quality work such as lining up screws on the wall plates, pays very close attention to detail. Price does not include GFCI, as these were two separate jobs.

The work was done quickly and I was charged less than the original quote. I am very satisfied with the whole experience.

Great, quick service. He also researched how to replace my very old breaker without having to replace the whole panel.

Rick was able to accommodate my schedule. He was very organized and worked with me to find the best spot and not damage my wallpaper. He was very personable and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It only took about an hour.
