Description of Work: Nothing, they never showed up or called. I was referred to them by Whirlpool regarding a water heater problem. Called them on 2-6-14 and set up an appointment for 2-7-14, they said they would be here between 1-5 PM. Called the office at 4:21 PM and left a voice mail. Message said they were open until 4:30 PM. Poor service. I will contact Whirlpool to have them removed from their referral list.

Description of Work: They replaced our water heater. I found out in hindsight that they didn’t put in on the foundation, or elevated part, that they were supposed to. Another contractor pointed this mistake out to us at a later date. They said the installation violated code.

Description of Work: Installed 7 Cascade vinyl windows and 2 Cascade vinyl patio sliding doors. Used Angie's List - Big Deal coupon. Action Services worked with me on Big Deal because my requirements didn't exactly fit Big Deal specs. Price seemed competitive. Action Services actually sent out Hardy Windows to measure, order and install windows for them. Both companies were easy to work with. After a couple of months, after the rainy season, I noticed some leakage around exterrier of 2 windows. Called Hardy Windows, who come out, said that it looked like caulking was not cured enough before rains started. They resealed leaky windows, and so far looks ok.
