No complaints. I would hire again in a heartbeat. A hardworking crew. Very punctual. They got the job done on time. John, the owner, is a terrific person and stopped by from time to time.

Arrived on time. Cleaned long vent. I avoided needing a new dryer.

Jerry was professional, very polite, and knowledgeable and gave me options for fixing the leak. He changed the pipe fixture in the garage quickly and efficiently, and reminded me of their guarantee. He also tightened a handle in my bathroom sink for me. I was very pleased at how quickly they scheduled my appointment and how very polite and efficient Jerry was. I would definitely call this company again.

I needed them to install some sinks and faucets. He gave me excuses why he could not do the job and I had to hire someone else to do the job. They were terrible and I got a refund on the deal because I couldn't use them for what I needed it for.

It was fine. We thought we were getting a toilet that had two flushes but that’s not what we got. They used a picture of a toilet that they had on stock. They came out right away. They were on time and did what they were supposed to do. The price was great.

It's great! Exactly what I wanted. They have dedicated crews. The owner, John, is highly responsive and very personable. He is a master at problem solving. He has developed a really good group of guys there.

The service was good. He gave me advise on how often to do it, and hot to keep maintaining it. I paid an additional $50 because I had them do extra work.

They did the work fine and they are very fast. They were responsive and came when they were supposed to. I felt like I got my money's worth. A lot of conversation was about to try to bring me on board as a long term customer and that was fine. I have no complaints but at same time I wasn't' able to glow about them either.

REALLY PLEASED WITH THE WINDOWS AND THE QUALITY OF THE INSTALL. INSTALLERS WERE QUICK AND CLEANED UP AFTERWORD.

He was awesome. We used him for a number of things multiple times. The price is fair.

We were very pleased with the end result of the project. The bathroom took slightly than we hoped.partially due to scheduling issues with some of the specialized workers and partially due to the weather. However, the main crew made use of the down time and helped us to move an existing outdoor BBQ center to line up with existing gas lines. They did a great job and the end result was better than we anticipated.

That turned out good. Our toilet was clogging and one plumber came out. The service took less than 2 hours to complete. He cleaned up after himself and made sure he picked up everything to leave the area clean.

It turned out all right. The cost was more than what I expected it to be. It was a big deal purchase. There was an additional charge. There was no issue since the service was provided and it’s been working good. I have water shortage. I got one of those new low flushing toilets, so it works out good. They are good. The quality was okay.

They did a fine job, and there were no issues with it.

It was a good package that we've bought at that time and we didn't buy anything else on top of it. They did a good job for the time we purchased it.

It was a big deal purchase. It did not go well. The plumber said that i needed a part then i got charged for the part. Then i saw the part online at half the price. He left me with a whistling. I felt like for the two hours, he spent most of it going to purchase the part.

We needed service sooner than they could come out. They let us know this immediately which was good so we could find another provider.

The work was done quickly and professionally and I'm happy with the results. There was not much to it -- and that is a good thing.

.The worker told me I needed a new faucet for it to be completely fixed.,that I could buy the model or type that I like and to call him back to install it.When I called the company the owner quoted me an unreasonable charge and we had an unpleasant exchange.I called it off. It was the only time I used Angie's list.as I came across a coupon for the day. I don't remember the plumbing company either. I have no grievance with the technician who came,he was honest about not being able to fix the leak until I get a new faucet.It was the owner I objected to.

We did not use the deal we purchased and we got a refund for it. I've already explained this to Angies List employees during the past 2 years so I'm not sure why they keep asking me to review this vendor?! Angies List can be VERY ANNOYING!!!

He caught a problem with one of the parts in the faucet. Instead of replacing that part and telling me, because the problem still existed, I asked for a plumber to come out. He didn't communicate that to me so I had to end up spending more money to correct the problem, which it was more simplified if he would have communicated to me and all that should have been done was those 2 small parts which would have been much more less expensive. When I did speak to the plumber within the 30 days of the work guarantee, he kind of blamed me for it and I didn't like that. I told him it should have been resolved just off of the strength that the work was guaranteed for 30 days and it was the lack of communication on his part. As far as the electrical work, I am satisfied with the electrical work. The only thing I am not satisfied with is the extractor fan ventilator in the bathroom because it has the same problem with the moisture. I don't know if the air is being extracted out or not. The getting back is not that fast. It takes 3 days to a week for work that needs to be done. The price was a little exorbitant.

They were good. They came out shortly after I purchased the deal and I didn't spend anything other than the cost of the deal.
