At first the gentleman said he would not be able to perform the service because of out peculiar draining pipes but after my husband explained the access point etc the work was done in about 20 mins.

The Big Deal didn’t specify that plumbing and electrical work would not apply. There were no additional fees associated with the Big Deal.

Old caulking was removed, sinks and tubs are now water tight again.

I think that holds to man hour thing and it such a great kind of thing. I would use them again.

They were fine. He was just very professional and he was a very nice person.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out great. The caulking looked good. I only saw the end result. I had someone working in my house who supervised. There were no additional charges.

I called a few times because I was told that someone would get back to me, but never got any follow up or return calls. It's too bad because I don't live too far from their office, and I really like to use local people. No worries though, I found a contractor that I'm very happy with.

He didn't finish the job. I thought 3 hours was plenty of time to do what I needed but apparently not. He was a very nice man but seemed to work slowly. I finished it myself.

It was perfect. He didn't do much, maybe 45 minutes but that was fine. I was happy with it. I have his card.

contractor came in with shoes covered so as not to damage the floor. Listened to my complaint and got the job done to my satisfaction.

It went very well! They did a few different repairs for us. Everything’s held up fine since they did the work. This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others.

All work was completed on time and exactly as I had envisioned. Action Services made this a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend them for any type of remodel.

We'd previously had the shower regrouted more than once (by someone else) and it continued to crack and fail. The caulking Action Services did still looks great over a year later.

This all happened on a weekend so I was very worried about finding someone as well as what the cost would be. I checked in the Angie's List booklet and found this plumbing company and was relieved that they provided service 24/7. The plumber arrived and was personable and professional and also reassuring. He returned the next day with a new water heater and installed it within a few hours. I was very impressed with him and the quality of work. I plan to use them again for other plumbing issues.

He just grouted the bathtub and did a really good job. For the second time, there was a lot of things that I had to have done that took place but I wasn't thrilled about it. It was a good deal.

It turned out great. They were quick, neat and did everything they should do. They were very efficient.

Before becoming ill I contacted ACTION SERVICES regarding the BIG DEAL that I had purchased months before. Upon contact, I explained my inability to plan or coordinate services at this time. I also emailed photos of the work needed. I was graciously told to just called when able to complete the desired work. Well, months and even years pass and I am no longer able to complete any projects at this time.

I had purchased the Big deal Offer for $89 for 3 hours of kitchen and bathroom caulking and grout restoration. The first guy that they send out was excellent, the second guy was not as excellent or as detailed but still did the job. Actually I had them come back do some additional work on the same job. I really don’t have any complaints and I learned that one needs to be more involved yourself and be on top of things. I would probably use them again.

This was our second use of Action Services. Gilbert quickly re-installed pop ups in our bathroom sinks that a contractor had done incorrectly. He replaced a fill valve in a toilet with parts we provided to save money. And as our experience from a year ago, he asked if there was anything else he could check while he was here. So he checked the hot water heater and a slow drain. Ver professional service, friendly, prompt. We will use them exclusively.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. I wanted them to clean out the back sewer line, but he told me the sewer line went to the front of the house and I told him it went to the back of the house. He said that it could not go the back of the house and had to go to the front of the house. Instead he cleaned out the kitchen sink line. When I had another company come out they told me the line did go to the back of the house so the guy from Action Services was wrong.

The service was horrible. We had a clogged sink. The man came for about ten minutes and said there was just some build up. He wiped it clean and a day later the clog came back. We asked him to install our shower head. He looked at it and said he did not know how to do that work. They did not honor the deal, they were not willing to do the work we asked, or interested in solving any of our plumbing issues. It was very disappointing.

I called to set up an appointment, but no one one ever called me back. Due to this, I had the life of the coupon extended by contacting Angie's List. However, the company never followed up with me to schedule the work after this second attempt.

I feel like this coupon for 3 hours of handyman services was a rip off. Pretty much everything we asked him to fix, he said he couldn't do. Fix the leaky faucet: can't do it, you need to hire a plumber, fix the switch for the light: can't do it you need to hire an electrician, etc., etc. Very annoying.
