Our electricians even make a pledge not to accept payment unless you are completely delighted. All our jobs are priced using an Up Front pricing guide. Our electricians should provide you with the details of the work and the price BEFORE any work is started. We only start work upon receiving your approval. I'm sorry that the value of the installation you agreed to didn't seem to match what you paid for it. I can't apologize for the price though. It is very costly to comply with the CA labor laws, employ only state certified and licensed electricians who are back ground checked and randomly drug tested, so you always get a safe knowledgeable electrician. We also provide benefits and security for them and their families. They come out in a fully stocked "Warehouse on Wheels" so we can complete most jobs right on the spot. And, we have live people answering the phones to take care of your needs 24/7. There are many, many more expenses that go into running a business that I'm sure you don't want to be bored with. We try hard to manage expenses and provide services at a reasonable cost. I'll just conclude with a sincere apology that we didn't provide you with the experience you deserve. Jeff
