The electrician acted in a professional manner. He was pleasant and an expert in electrical problems.

1st job was good experience. 2nd job Recessed lights were a mess but customer service took care of everything to our satisfaction. 3rd job went well. They worked on holiday because of miscommunication.

Excellent. Mike reset the GFCI with more gusto than I did. Since it was such an easy fix, there was no charge. I will definitely call Mike @ Accurate for my next electrical issue.

They are very meticulous and good, but they are very expensive. I did have them do some estimates on some other things and did not give them the project. There is nothing wrong with their service, it is just that I was able to shop around and find less expensive service. I already had the switch they replaced. They did not even have to buy the part. They are so very careful, I appreciate that, but then so are other services as well.

Mike arrived on time as scheduled, reviewed the work required, provided a detailed written estimate. Once we agreed to the job, he began work immediately and completed the first of the two project; the ceiling fan. as the fan took several hours to complete the second part of the job was scheduled for the next week. No payment was required till all work was performed and deemed completed to our satisfaction. Throughout the process, we received calls from Accurate Electric's office staff, Jackie, asking about the work, if we had questions or concerns and confirming the next steps. Very professional, excellent follow up. Mike arrived on time the following week on the day scheduled. All work was completed to our satisfaction. Not as inexpensive as a general handyman would charge, but well worth the price for the services provided.

Mike P. arrived at the appointed hour. He sized up the job which I had discussed with Eric. Because this was a nonstandard install, he had to purchase one pat from a local electrical warehouse. Mike returned with the part in less than one half hour and did the installation in less than one hour. The installation was very professional and clean. We discussed other work that was needed in the near future, but there was no hard sell to do the work now.

This company is one of the most professional trade organizations we have dealt with. The customer service reps who answer the phones and schedule the appointments were courteous, knowledge, and friendly. After I made the appointment for a consultation, I received an emial confirmation that included info and a picture of the electrician who would be coming (for safety purposes). The electrician completed all of the work in one morning and did an excellent job. We were very happy to have found someone we could count on for these types of repairs in the future.

Mike was very polite and personable. He listened to my concerns and clearly explained what he could do to fix the problems. He arrived on time and completed the repairs in a timely manner.

I generally question reviews that throw around too many superlatives, but Accurate Electrical, and our electrician Mike, knocked our socks off. Sherri, the scheduler, was a real pleasure to deal with - friendly and very helpful. She pointed out a really nice feature of their service: they give you a window of time but they also give you a 1/2 hour heads up call in case you happen to be out. That's a great idea. She even placed a follow-up phone call after the work was done to make sure everything went well. Most importantly, Mike was awesome. He showed up on time and was courteous beyond courteous and very pleasant to deal with. He was extremely diligent about putting shoe covers on to protect our hardwood floors, taking them on and off every time he went out to his truck to get something. He quickly diagnosed our problem and had the work done in no time - at a reasonable price. We had provided a couple of blankets to keep any mess off the floor, and he even folded those up neatly when he left. It's that kind of professionalism, pride in work, and attention to detail that really won us over. In fact, as a small business owner myself, my first thought was that I'd love to see their customer service handbook! Hands down, I would use them again and recommend them to a friend.

Used Accurate Electric for the installation of 3 ceiling fans. After corresponding with Jeff via email, he gave me a ballpark cost of what to expect for the install. I made an appointment for a Friday and was given a 10-1p window. I called at about 12:30p for an ETA. Whoops, they had me down for the following Friday. Not sure if my fault, but not a huge deal. Mike was our tech the following Friday. He was on time and gave my wife some good feedback regarding installing fans or getting a whole home fan. We opted to move forward with the fans and the install went as good as you could wish for. I was replacing remodel can lights and Mike did great getting the brace boxes installed even though the house's wiring is a little "interesting"...and under estimate Mike was very engaging to my family and kids and my wife was a big fan of his (no pun intended). She always complains about sketchy repair people but Mike was great. Would definitely use Accurate again for future needs.

They gave me a 2 hour window for service the next day (I called in the mid-afternoon) and told me that they would give me a 30 minute notice of the tech's arrival. They did. Mike arrived, discussed with me my needs, determined the price according to their pricing schedule, discussed some various options and pricing with me, and then install the plug. He cleaned up afterward, gave me the Angie's list discount, and we were finished in about an hour. At all times Mike was friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful. I could not ask for better service.

Joseph installed a Ceiling fan in my bedroom. But, when he got to my place we realized both of us were missing parts to complete the job. I was afraid we would have to reschedule, instead he agreed to go and get what he needed to complete the job and I would do the same. We managed to get everything we needed, and a few hours later it was done. I now have a perfectly installed ceiling fan in my bedroom!

The electrician arrived on time, showed me the prices from the price book and did the work in a straightforward manner. He seemed knowledgeable about his job. They make a lot of phone contact and follow up afterwards. Be advised they have a dispatch fee that you pay regardless of whether you get the work done.

It was not an easy drain to clean, but they persisted and did a great job and then did not charge for it. i will definitely use them again.

I wanted to modernize my home by installing new wireless switches and dimmers for home automation, and I also wanted to replace some old broken lights in a closet and patio area. I used Angie's List to find Accurate Electrical, and I'm so glad I found them! The office staff is courteous and very accommodating of my schedule. They called me the day prior as a reminder, and also called to let me know when Mike was on his way and approximate arrival time. Mike was great. He provided me with 3 quotes based on the scope of work that I chose to have done. When he entered the home, he always put on booties. He was thorough, neat, knowledgable and efficient. I have used other electricians in the past, but from now on I'll be using Accurate! Good job!

Mike's availability for evaluation was prompt, and his estimate was free when services would be rendered. Also offered discount for Angie's List peeps. 3. The services themselves were well explained and patiently communicated. He was well informed all aspects of the job to be done. (i.e. discontinued breaker panels, need for permits, which he handled, consolidations when possible, and relenquished any adjunct services which could be referred to a handyman) 4. He was prompt, efficient, and cleaned up ALL work areas. 5. Mike was also willing to return for any brief adjustments needed.

Two men came and accessed the problem. They gave me an estimate of costs. They proceeded to install the outlet that day. They were very polite. They explained clearly what they would be doing. They worked efficiently and cleaned up everything, perfectly.

Josh arrived on time. He came and asked what I wanted to do. I explained and he listened attentively. He told me he was going to run the numbers and come back with a quote. He did so and came back with some options. He was very thorough and explained very clearly what my choices were. After I decided on an option and was clear I wanted to move forward, he ran to his van to get his equipment/tools to start working. He decided to tackle the electrical outlet first since the light hanging was fairly straightforward. After looking at the outlet, Josh discovered that the original electrician who hung the TV did a HORRIBLE job. He explained what he needed to do in order to fix (which meant some dry wall damage - he was very neat/careful with this). I said go ahead and he fixed it! Now, I am enjoying my mounted TV thanks to Josh. He then hung the two light fixtures with ease. No troubles there. He cleaned up after himself after every work done. I would definitely keep these guys on the books in case I need more electrical work done.

As always, this company satisfied us with a caring, professional crew who displays great expert knowledge. They are the only electrical company we trust with our needs as they've proven themselves to be honest and efficient.

Mike came out and explained that the ceiling fan remote dip switches needed to be changed as there was probably a neighbor nearby that had remotes on the same frequency. He indicated that this was not an electrical issue. Mike changed the dip switches in the cieling fans and the remotes. However, he indicated that this change may not help if a different neighbor was on the same frequency he set them on. I had him change them anyway. He accuratly labeled my electrical panel which is a big relief. This is the second time this year I have called Accurate Electical Services out to complete work in my home. Each time Mike has been the electician that has arrived. He is on time, clean, and exhibits very good custome service. The work was completed in a short amount of time.

Mike was the representative that came out. He was good at explaining the products, and he was very knowledgeable. This gave us many options and choices with the work. Accurate Electrical Services were attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, and their price worth the service. They were a great family owned business to work with!
