The job went well the repair man was neat, timely and worked well without a lot of conversation. I thought the price was a bit high. However, I would recommend them to a friend.

It had to be done twice. It was a faulty part to start with which was demonstrated to me. Finally they fixed it and it is still working. This service was about 4 years ago. |The above dates shown are approximate. I do not remember the exact dates. |Sallie Parker

Very fast work. (I thought it was the solenoid valve on the machine, they found the cheaper repair, which I could've done myself).

The refrigerator was wouldn't work...and he fixed it. Sorry, I don't remember what was wrong with it. He came on time, worked efficiently and charged a fair price.

Went fine. Work took about 30 minutes, so I think price is somewhat high. However hopefully problem is fixed this time - and there is a 3 month warranty.

Washer works great.very helpful and trys to keep the cost down.

After review told me it may be a problem to fix because model was discontinued and no part existed for my stove. I am faced with buying a new stove but am still trying to locate someone who may be able to help. The stove is in excellent condition except for this one part that triggers the baking area.....otherwise the rest of the stove works excellent...not sure what the outcome will be.

It went well. Our technician explained all the details and attempted to fix the range in various ways. He kept troubleshooting and was diligent about solving the problem. We were happy with the service.

Was quoted between 9am-noon. Came at noon. Appeared to fix the problem after about 90 min. Bad ice maker. Nice and professional. Would call again.

He showed up in the allotted time, was very friendly and explained everything he was going to do.

A1 Speedy Appliance provided same-day service, as promised, even though it was on a Saturday, and Costa Mesa (where the repairs were needed) is rather far from their Long Beach location. The assigned technician was delayed so the owner himself, Brian, made the call. He quickly diagnosed the problems with both appliances. He was very polite and not at all pushy about the options and extent of repairs that we could consider. The washing machine had stopped agitating or spinning, but Brian had the necessary part in his van and replaced it efficiently, and then checked to make sure the washer worked well. The dishwasher needed to be cleaned out and then given an acid bath. Brian also give us some helpful tips for more effective use of our dishwasher. We felt quite comfortable talking with Brian were very satisfied with the results. He seems very knowledgeable and experienced, as well as diligent about providing good service.

I called him after finding him on Angie's List. He was unbelievably quick and even had the part with him. The owner, Bryan, came out and did the work himself. Spear's Appliance Service had come out at least three times before we hired Bryan. Every time they left, the refrigerator would go out again within two months and I would lose everything I had in my fridge. He was able to pull the cover off the top, install the part, and complete the repair. He was very patient and explained everything to me even though I was frustrated over bad previous experiences with other companies. He did a wonderful job!

We have used A-1 many times in the past and have always been pleased with their service and workmanship. Their pricing is always good. We have suggested them to many people and will continue to do so.

Their workmen are clean, honest, friendly and diligent, and the company price are completely reasonable.

Work went well. Quick response to call, part on truck, repair done quickly. We have used Brian to repair several of our major appliances since 2001. We have always received good service from him. We had previously used other major appliance repair companies and were not satisfied so we always call Brian when we need an appliance repair.

The process was very smooth. They have done work for me a number of times and it's always fine.

It turned out very well. Everything went smoothly and they came out on time.

They had to order a part so it took a couple of weeks. They did what they were supposed to do and it was fine. The technician who came out was very nice and explained everything to me. They were within price range. I can't say anything bad. I will probably look to them again to repair my stove in the future.

They were wonderful! They fixed it in less than 30 minutes and the cost was reasonable. We always call them!

They were unsuccessful in fixing the washer. I paid for a $200 part to be put in and that didn't work and they said they couldn't fix it after that.

They fixed the dryer, however the dryer broke a year later. They came by again and said the valves weren't working, wanted another $325 to fix it. I didn't authorize the work and they charged me for diagnostic, $75. Two years before that, they charged us $215 for just changing the belt in the dryer. Total, I paid this company $900 in three years because the same dryer kept breaking.

I FELT HIS COST OF PARTS AT OVER 5 TIMES THE ACTUAL COST WAS OUTRAGEOUS AND THE $98 LABOR COST WAS OUT OF LINE. I WAS ABLE TO BUY THE PART FROM SEARS' PARTS WAREHOUSE AND INSTALL IT IN UNDER A MINUTE. MY THOUGHT IS BE AWARE OF PRICE GOUGING FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY ALSO HAS AN 877-421-0707 PHONE NUMBER LISTED IN MOST LA AREA PHONE BOOKS.

THEY CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE AND FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE WONDERFUL, AND THEIR PRICES WERE MUCH MORE REASONABLE THAN I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT. THEY TREATED ME VERY WELL.
