"Both my bathrooms were long overdue for upgrades. But for me the most stressful part of any home repair or improvement project is finding the right contractor. Having now worked with Raul, I would hire him again in a heartbeat. His labor costs are very reasonable. He demonstrated excellent work ethics. Once the job started, he worked to finish it. There were a few hiccups beyond our control that caused delays and while I freaked out some, he remained calm, flexible, and focused on solutions that kept the work flowing. As the work did progress, I asked for additional upgrades that were not part of the original job estimate. To which he seamlessly agreed to. He also offered a few suggestions which I agreed to and I'm so glad I did. The quality of work is excellent. He was helpful throughout the entire process. "Would dodge the question when i asked for a contract and never wrote one out, broke 2 of my lighting fixtures (they replaced these), 2 window panes (they replacedone with plexiglass which is plastic and denied the other one), got paint everywhere including my front steps, left a truckload of garbage after saying they'd remove all of it, left asbestos everywhere, destroyed $500 worth of crown molding by cutting it wrong, and left beer bottles that they were drinking on the job in my sink. I'm afraid to have anyone work on my house ever again at this point."
